Is it just me or does this seem like out and out blackmail- agree to our deal or we’ll release this video and destroy your reputation/career? Shouldn’t an ethics complaint be lodged against the lawyer in question?

And how the heck did the lawyer get the hold of the tape in the first place? I’ve heard it mentioned elsewhere that the real reason TMZ won’t show the video is because she could sue them (don’t know if it’s true but something to think about). Surely if it’s a tape featuring her and her alone then anyone wanting to release it would need her express permission?

Agree JayMac, there seems to be more to this story – like where/how did they get this tape? Is there a tape or did they twist her arm in some other more menacing way and the sex tape is just the cover story? I never took an interest in defending Prejean since a woman who trots around in front of millions letting them ogle her body, prominent parts of which are fake, and paid for by s show wanting ratings – well it didn’t seem worth my time to care. There doesn’t seem to be a good guy in this whole icky story – especially not that ass Trump who hired that idiot, know nothing queen for a judge. I guess Prejean is still ahead, but this story begs for more info. Maybe they were able to simulate a video which wasn’t really her – it’s possible isn’t it?

Anybody remember that Shanna Moakler (the ex-Playboy skank in charge of the pageant who quit in a huff when Prejean wasn’t fired by Trump the 1st time) did her own sex tape…only she didn’t do it solo.
She did it (so to speak) with Travis Barker.

Jeff, exactly. Firstly, the alleged topless photos weren’t even really topless. She was TURNED and you couldn’t see a thing. It annoyed me so much that all the news shows kept putting those pixelated line things across the photos as if there was something “naughty”. Then, the incessant “she’s a hypocrite, she claims she a Christian” thing.

Um, Christian does not mean you are NON-HUMAN nor non-sexual. You are allowed to be a woman AND Christian.

I know all about it. I have eight brothers and sisters. Two of my sisters (#7 and #9) are now way left. And this from two women with a combined age of 97 years who have one spoiled brat of a child between them
