How do you put into words, how much your heart breaks for the families of these fallen heroes? I am so greatful for men and women who will put themselves in the gap between us and the ‘wolves’. May their values continue to encourage us. May God bless and strengthen these families as they grieve and work to go on without their loved ones.

Matt Lauer and NBC should go fuck themselves!
While I respect the family of Aaron Vaughn and their apparent desire to share their grief with the world, I agree with a YouTube video I saw recently concerning the premature disclosure of info pertaining to special ops and the deaths in Afghanistan.
As a nation at war, I don’t believe we should be telling our enemies that they killed our best fighters. I also don’t believe the special ops guys’ families should be having “Oprah” moments on NBC. Yes, they have a right to grieve, but their loved ones chose a career that deals with life, and death, from a very specific point of view. That is what makes Spec Ops guys ‘special’!

The brave young men and women in our Military have more courage, conviction, and love of Country in thier pinkies than all of the winey progressive – liberal asswipes put together.

My heart goes out to the family of Aaron Vaughn; my thoughts and prayers are with them. I believe their message was best summed up by Billy Vaughn telling Matt about the sheep dogs, sheep and wolves, and referring to sheep in high places blowing the team’s cover after the Bin Laden raid leading to this attack. Their exemplary son was the antithesis of those who are in power and “leading” our Republic down a path of ruin.

I must agree with geofraz. This war is ongoing. The families of these great men should not be exposed. The terrorists will stop at nothing. I’m surprized this interview happened.

C’mon, they needed a plausible excuse to have all that classified information handed over to hollywood so they can reenact how awesome obama was in making that ever so tough choice to say kill him!
Live, of course, with Obama handing out live orders as the Seals landed and made their way through the compound hahahaha

I agree with Dan, something about this is just not right. Why are they doing an interview at all…yes, there is a movie coming up about Bin Laden and you know how many times they mentioned God in there. Good ole Obama will definitely use that to his advage right before the election even though we all know he is a fradulent muslim. Thank GOD Perry announced today.

I noticed the father of Aaron clearly asked not to make it political,a movie to promote a campaign has that political sound to it.
Sounds like a straight up disrespect for this familys grief and to the military Seal Team ?

I’m surprised Matt Lauer didn’t end the interview as soon as Aaron’s dad said, “He loved his country, he loved God…”

So much good stuff in there, but yes weird that Matt Lauer was the conduit. The 3 people, well 4 if you include the actual guy they were talking about are head and shoulders above that Lauer clown.

It makes honest Americans so fcuking angry that Obozo the clown would use this as a tool to moviemaking and releasing right before the Nov 2012 elections…. most of us would impeach him and imprison him for life… the only ones who will be impressed by his “leadership” hahahah, are the stupid jerks who elected him to begin with and plan to vote for him again…
