An Exciting New Addition To The iOTW Team
Some announcements are better than others. When we announced that our office switched to wooden coffee stirrers, ehhhhh, the reaction was tepid. This news, however, is info that’s been really hard for us to keep on the down-low. We’ve all been truly excited while the details were being hammered out behind the scenes. So, it is our great pleasure to finally introduce to you our new addition, Snark and Boobs.
For those of you still unfamiliar with Snark, here is a primer:
Snark and Boobs will pepper in a y’all often enough for you to rightly assume that she probably resides south of the Mason-Dixon line. But that y’all won’t sound completely authentic to a good ol’ boy because Snark spent most of her adult life being proud of America in the New Yawk Metropolitan area. She was a right-wing extremist (just look at her)
who bitterly clung to the constitution, but has recently been upgraded to “terrorist” for having the temerity to home-school her daughter. She must be stopped.
The Daily Dose has called her one of the top ten conservative women that they “love to love.”
Lorie Byrd, of LemonDrop, asks, “What does conservative America look like?” Well according to Byrd, some of the new faces are Gregg Gutfeld and our own Snark and Boobs.
Snark has been featured at New Ledger, writing about her own epiphany regarding Meghan McCain.
Her essay What Would Jesus Do? was an editors pick on Newsbusters.
She’s been a featured front page blogger on Red State.
She was a founding member of The Anticrat.
She says she tries to be a “huge ass thorn in the sides” of the people who do not share her vision of America. Well, she is succeeding. With her sharp tongue and uncanny ability to never forget any moment of weakness, Snark is indeed a terror (ist.) We are grateful that she is on our side.

Snark and Boobs is the only other website of this type that I visit on a daily basis (besides Fox news of course). This site just keeps getting better and better. One stop satire shopping. I love it.

I have added this to my personal list of “six degrees of conservative honors” alongside other notables like my very own daughter who was invited to the White House to meet President Bush and who recently interviewed the Secretary of the Navy.

I always check in on IOTW, have not read the snarkandboobs lady until just now clicked through on the Meaghan McCain critique. Not impressed, read up to the part about Kennedy with Snarkandboobs being critical of people being critical of Kennedy even at the time of his death. I think Teddy did more damage to America beginning with his 1965 rewrite of the immigration laws all the way through his bossy, abortion promoting career, so I guess I’m one of those snark would snear at. I’ll check back in, so many on this site seem to love her, maybe the McCain thing was just a bad example. How about changing the name, is there something catchy about boobs other than the obvious that I’m not getting?

Kennedy did more damage to America than any other elected pol, so criticism, even merriment at his passing, (since that was the only way he would get the heck out of the senate) is okay by me. If he retired and was ill and died I would not feel the same way. Hope you all see the difference – the man was a menace and his death was the only thing that ended his reign – therefore one must be jubilant at the occasion of his resignation whatever the reason may be.

I think when reading the piece on New Ledger you attributed Meghan McCain’s words as Snark’s. It’s an understandable bit of confusion. But I think given what you’ve indicated about your own beliefs you’re going to have a crush on Snark in no time.

Hi Jayne! You have me confused with Meghan McCain. The Kennedy apologist stuff were quotes from McCain. I quoted her, in order to call her out on her words, because I find it reprehensible to apologize for a murderer. Not to mention the damage that he did to this Country.
I wrote several pieces denouncing the vile Kennedy hagiography prevalent all over the mainstream media at the time of his death.
