BFH.. Nate at NRO claims this is from someone not turning off the OCR feature on their scanner when they scanned it in, but I don’t think he actually bothered to open it in Photoshop like you have. Frankly, you’re right – whoever did this was ridiculously sloppy and could’ve just flattened it before exporting as a PDF, and no one would’ve been the wiser. On top of that, isn’t there some actual hash data in the PDF to tell you where the actual document came from? If it was exported from Photoshop, it would have some sort of marker; same if it was imported into Photoshop from a scanner.

I’m a desktop support technician; I know there’s always some kind of record for things like this. It’s not always present in programs that came out years and years ago (think Photoshop 6 or 7) but by now it’s beyond industry standard. At least, one would assume so, as a matter of watermarking or helping to confirm that someone actually made this or that document. Hey, if Xerox has been doing things like this with every copier they’ve ever made, no one can tell me it’s not possible with Photoshop or programs like it.

Here’s my 2 cents:
Barry was adopted by Soetoro and lived/attended public school in Indonesia. I have read that Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship back then and Barry would have to be a citizen to attend public school.

Lady McCrotch is/was a typesetter and graphic designer and concurs with your obsevations. She said that the maker of this document should of checked the edit box and locked the layers if they didn’t want anyone else to edit the document.

Take a close look at dates like Aug -8 1961, Aug -8__6 in one group, 19_1 in another. And the fonts don’t match when the groups are combined.

In another case the year 1961: 196_ in one group, the last digit in another. And combined, the fonts don’t match at all. A child can see it.

A scan or good old-fashioned photocopy would obviously be digitized without layers – no layers would be involved. Obama is giving everyone a great big raspberry and further stirring up the sh!t.

PDF’s are a native file of illustrator which preserves layers. The file was taken directly from their website, available as a PDF. All you do is open it in illustrator and there are the layers. No one has to do a thing but look at it.

Anyone can run this website through W3 and find out if any of the HTML code is questionable. Either you believe this changes what you are reading here or you do not.
