    You can’t see him standing off to the right there but my Czar of too many folks standing around on the job is right there taking notes. He’ll report back to me in the morning. It looks like I may have to drag that one white guy off the job.

    A few years ago, the Virginia Department of Transportation, (VDoT) quit painting their trucks safety orange and instead opted for white. I think it was in response to the old joke:

    “What’s orange and sleeps six?”

    “A VDoT truck.”
