Tennessee Is About to Ban the U.N. From Monitoring Their Elections

Tennessee

Remember when the U.N. sent election monitors to 44 of our states to monitor our elections? They didn’t send the monitors to Iran or Russia or El Salvador, they sent them to the U.S. thanks in large part to hard left civil rights groups like the N.A.A.C.P.  That group isn’t about “colored people” as much as it’s about the hard left.

Tennessee is fighting back according to the Knox Blogs. They have a bill – HB2410 – before the governor that is one sentence long: ”Any representative of the United Nations appearing without a treaty ratified by the United States Senate stating that the United Nations can monitor elections in this state, shall not monitor elections in this state.”

It was co-sponsored by Sen. Frank Niceley, R-Strawberry Plains and approved without debate 23-2. It has been sent to Gov. Bill Haslam for approval.

The N.A.A.C.P. has been fighting for communist causes in recent years and the once great organization is finding relevance in the statist ideology.  They, along with other Marxist civil rights groups, asked the U.N. to monitor our elections as if we are a Third World nation.

In September 2012, the  N.A.A.C.P. appealed to the U.N. Human Rights Council to investigate U.S. voter ID laws in the U.S. The Human Rights Council was planning to appoint Qaddafi to the council until his demise if case you are wondering how relevant they are. Members of the Council include countries like Iran and Cuba.

I would say “Go Tennessee” too until the Republicans passed a bullshit law forcing people to consult with a pharmacist and answer a bunch of stupid ass questions to buy a pack of Sudafed on top of restrictions that already treat everybody like criminals.
    http://timesfreepress.com/news/2014/apr/09/meth-limits-pass-tennessee-house/

They are trying to limit people to buying 5 boxes of 40 tablets of Sudafed a year. For people with multiple persons in their family, that would not last two months in this allergy stricken oasis.

People don’t talk with a Southern accent because they’re uneducated, dim-witted hicks. They talk like that because it’s fucking hot and all of the crazy amounts of pollen impacts your sinuses.

The lovely missus was interrogated by a pharmacist this morning to ask a laundry list of questions about why she needed sinus pills as if you can’t see every dogwood, bradford pear and elm tree in full bloom in addition to everybody cutting their onion grass for the first time this year.

One step forward, two steps back. Gotta fight meth don’t ya know? Can’t just prosecute people who manufacture it when you catch them. Got to punish everybody.

Frank Nicley is a great rep. I’m not in his district, but I’m close. Glad to see him support this.
