Court Says Company Can’t be Forced to Obey HHS Mandate

A Colorado family-owned business won again in its battle against the pro-abortion HHS mandate.

A federal court issued an order last July  halting enforcement of the Obama administration’s abortion pill mandate against Hercules Industries. Now, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit issued a decision upholding the district court’s order in Newland v. Sebelius that stopped enforcement of the Obama administration’s abortion pill mandate.

Alliance Defending Freedom Senior Legal Counsel Matt Bowman emailed LifeNews regarding Thursday’s decision.

He said: “Every American, including family business owners, should be free to live and do business

according to their faith. In appealing the district court’s order that halted the mandate against Hercules, the administration sent a clear message that it wants to force families to abandon their faith in order to earn a living. That’s the opposite of religious freedom. The 10th Circuit was right to uphold the district court’s order and protect the Newland family’s religious liberty at least until the U.S. Supreme Court decides whether to extend religious freedom to similar families across the country.”

What about the individual battle against the pro-abortion HHS mandate?

People like myself have decided not to enlist in the ObamaCare evil simply because they have decided not to be the subsidiaries of infanticide.

What happens to people like myself who oppose this evil outwardly? I have two words for you:

    FEMA CAMPS.

Nice to see this news, but after hearing about ace backstabber Agent Orange, Weasel Cantor and Paul “Eddie Munster” Ryan, I’m not feeling too optimistic these days.

They intend to make this a clusterfuck while grabbing money from everyone they can. They just want single payer so all of this doesn’t matter. It’s just communist style busywork.

Why/how is Obamacare being implemented if it is not funded yet? The House GOP should get an immediate injuuction stopping any implementation.

It is an intentional effort to shove leftist fascism down our throats so that it can never be repealed, and it is being done illegally.

    “tsunami22″ your not alone.

I am not signing up either and will go down fighting before ever being sent to their “concentration fema camps”.

I mean to regain my constitutional freedom and will suffer death to meet those ends.

the “gangster federal government” will find there are more American men that still have the stones to regain what was lost.

    the commies haven’t won yet.

I wonder what the courts would say if someone brought suit saying that the ACA was unconstitutional because Obama himself said healthcare was a right. If it’s a right to HAVE healthcare then it’s a right to NOT have healthcare and you can’t tax a right.
