4 Democrats Sentenced for Voter Fraud

If you are still buying into the Democrat’s lie that there is no voter fraud and we don’t need tougher laws – like Photo ID’s – have a look at this post giving the details of 4 Democrats who demonstrate why their party is so set against tougher laws.

This was written by Rusty Weiss:

Four Democrats involved in an upstate New York voter fraud scandal were sentenced yesterday for their respective roles, receiving punishments ranging from hundreds of hours of community service, to jail time.  The group consisted of a former city clerk, an ex-City Councilman, a Democrat operative, and a Committeeman who a year ago had declared ballot forgery in upstate New York to be “a normal political tactic“.

Those sentenced yesterday were cooperating witnesses in a scheme which saw dozens of voters testify that absentee ballots had been submitted in their names during the 2009 Working Families Party (WFP) primary.  Securing the WFP line allowed Democrat candidates to obtain more votes in the general election.

Two others were tried together earlier in the year but a mistrial was declared after jurors were unable to sort through the hundreds of charges that both faced.

Later, tried separately, Michael LoPorto was acquitted when a WFP operative “augmented” her testimony, and Ed McDonough similarly was acquitted after a colleague so egregiously altered his testimony that the judge struck everything he said from the record.

Despite the questionable circumstances surrounding those acquittals, witnesses throughout both trials provided a glimpse into the seedy political underworld in upstate New York.

Democrats preyed on those they felt were the most vulnerable members of society, those making easy targets for their voter fraud scheme.

For instance:

  • They targeted immigrants who struggled with the English language and had little knowledge of the U.S. election process.

  • They targeted college kids with little money, paying them for their voter registration cards.

  • They targeted people living in low-income housing because there was a sense that poor people were “less likely to ask any questions”.

  • They tricked mentally disabled individuals into signing over their absentee ballots.

Well, they can’t say Michelle didn’t warn them that it was treacherous work.

“He needs you to keep making those calls, doing that hard work. Knocking on those doors. Treacherous work, right? Tiring work. He needs you to keep registering those voters. You know, the ones, you know, that aren’t registered and you gotta get ‘em and shake ‘em. Find them, get them registered,”

And this is how obama won – by fraud. You know Dems were pulling this kind of crap everywhere, with their ends justifies the lying, cheating means mentality.

It’s the type of ballots they use. I’ll bet practically every one of these districts still uses the old punch-card type of ballot from the hanging chad of Florida fame. Here’s what they do.

You tag a ballot with the democrat presidential candidate’s chad clearly marked. You put a group of already-voted ballots in a tray with the marked one in front. You take a very long stylus and push it straight through the hole marked by the lead ballot. Since you’re “revoting” for the democrat, any original votes for the democrat stay the same. Any vote for the Republican or other candidate will now be a double vote and the computer will kick them out and no vote will be counted.

George W. Bush lost 15,000 votes this way in FL in 2000. Bob Dole lost 15,000 votes this way in FL in 1996 in the SAME DISTRICTS where Bush lost his 15,000 votes. Had the demoscum been able to alter 1,000 more ballots that were voted for Bush, Gore would have been preznit.

You can also do the same with blank ballots to stuff the ballot box. They did this in FL too. How do you think they get 105% of registered voters to vote?

Think this is BS? Then why were the only double votes found in the FL 2000 recount for PRESIDENT? Why were there no double votes for down ticket items like senator, mayor, state initiatives, dog catcher? Yeah. It happens. In democrat-controlled districts.

And don’t get me started on computer voting!

Read the whole story especially the summary of what punishment they got. One of the fellows had a sentence of 6 months in the pokey and the prosecutor, the friggin prosecutor tried to get the judge to change it to weekends!

Unless and until voter fraud is treated like the true crime against society it is this will continue and will even embolden these criminals. They should have gone to federal prison for at least 5 to 10 years and those witnesses who “augmented” their testimoney at retrial should have stood trial for lying under oath. If any member of an organisation is found guilty of voter fraud then if they work for a political organization, then that group should lose it 501 status(if they have one) for at least one year.

    I beg to disagree.

Voter fraud undermines the very foundation of the Republic. It is tantamount to Treason.

Voter fraud should carry the death penalty.

I wrote to my congressmen asking for investigations into voter fraud in the 2012 elections and still haven’t heard back from them yet. i do expect to hear from at least one of them, as I’ve always gotten responses to my letters.

    Not good enough.

If there is a democrat near a voting machine you can bet fraud is going on.
