Honor Court? Honor Code???

Home - by - February 26, 2013 - 15:29 America/New_York - 16 Comments

Whatever happened to calling the police?
I’m not against this girl, but her use of the phrase “sexual assault survivor” is not helping her case. I find myself wishing that an 88 key piano would fall out of the sky on top of her.
Am I alone here?

    She’s calling for a federal investigation … ?

We’ll maybe Obama would be listening if she were black. Obama picks up the newspaper every morning and checks on the black “injustice” in America and chooses which ones he’ll comment on, or call with condolences.

    @Lock n Load–

I suspect someone else does the reading and the picking. And possibly also the calling.

They have an autopen—why not an autopresident? (Or maybe they have one of those already.)

At the end, it sounded like she said,
    “Renee chewing the newsroom.” lolol

OK anyway, unless you have a beef with the ‘educational process’ where you need to file complaints against a teacher, you need to go to the authorities.

Honor Code and Honor Court sounds like some Sharia bullshit. Fuck all that.
    Go to the police.

I don’t care too much for the term “survivor”. I mean, I get why she doesn’t want to think she’s a victim and that she is a survivor, but to me, “survivor” sounds like-
“Yeah, I’m totally fine with it now.”
It’s getting overused to the point where it will end up like the word “racism”. People will roll their eyes. I see more force and confidence in a statement like, “I WAS a victim.”

Yes, if somebody committed a crime, put the offender in jail.
Otherwise, you can fit a whole shit load of upright pianos in a C-130 and accidentally hit the door switch …

    WTF? The semantics don’t matter.
Please don’t blame the victim. That’s a prog thing.

Mary Jane’s correct. The ‘Honor Court’ is a joke.
File a complaint with the cops! And get a gun.

    What if she’s wrong?

Think about it. The problem with He Said/She Said cases is that it’s difficult to know. The femi-nazis will support her even if there is 100% proof she’s lying. The intelligent people ask why is this in some student “court” instead of a criminal court? If she has proof, she should have brought it to the police and let them investigate the boyfriend. If they find evidence that he is stalking her or whatever, then she gets a restraining order. THEN she goes to the student “court” and gets them to rule in her favor. So now she’s in reactive mode instead of in proactive mode.

    Expel them both.

If there was a crime committed, the police should be involved and investigate… end of story.
When I was in college we had a fat sorority girl lure an unsuspecting male student into her dorm room for the express purpose of having him deflower her… a week later she calls her mom to tell her that “she’s a woman now.” Mommy freaks out and convinces her that she was raped… The Police dept laughed her out of the station house when she went to ask for a rape kit. She then went the route this young woman took by involving the University Administration and destroyed this man’s academic career as well as his aspiring collegiate hockey ambitions. If rape is the crime then involve the police as soon as possible, don’t deminish/devalue the word by foisting it as a weapon to get back at a man after a relationship ends.

This is Chapel Hill. Chapel Hill is the liberal mecca of my state. I would venture to guess that she went to the honor court with the complaint that some guy she did not want to look at her boobs in that push up bra with stripper dust sprinkled on her bobbies did look and told her she has pretty titties. To these idiots, that is sexual assualt, and the cops were not called because no crime was committed. These people that put in place a stupid honor court made up of the students are the rich equivalent to the ‘teenagers’ that went on a rampage in Chicago. This is just simply the real world effects of progtardism…let them have it!
