EBT Card Fraud Prompts New Georgia Legislation
WXIA in Atlanta reported on EBT cards abuse that prompted the state of Georgia to enact new regulations
to prevent further fraud. Some regulations are stores posting products prohibited being bought with the cards,
in addition to revoking benefits from repeat offenders.

Laws on what you are allowed to buy with EBT cards doesn’t matter…. The people sell the cards for around $50.00 then buy whatever they want with the cash.
