If only he’d take as strong a stand on the Natural Born Citizen clause as he does on the 10th amendment…

The Great One, hands down.
I like when he berates the libs that call in.
I love when he looses it on our congressional nitwits.
Hates Rinos more than me.
His rants turn into firestorms of legendary proportions.
He was talking about his favorite internetz sites last nite. American Spectator.
I was waiting for him to plug IOTW.
Maybe next time.
Call, write, etc… to Levin (Rush, Hannity, Dennis Miller, The Five, etc…) and make them aware of iOwnTheWorld.
Maybe we’ll run a publicity contest ala Howard Stern – call and say “I own the world dot com” – make it a meme, like “baba booey” or “Who is John Galt?” Thank you – Mr. Pinko

If I had to pick only one show that I could listen to daily it would be Levin’s.
Because he speaks the plain truth so effectively sometimes I worry he might depart like Breitbart.
Then he linked to an Obamas Comic Strip I did where Joe Biden becomes an intellectual because of a home repair accident and he’s seen reading Tyranny and Liberty at a diner.
I have to find that one.

Scott Walker is holding strong on Medicaid expansion (what’s called Badger Care here), proposing a 2% income tax cut and vouchers for school districts with 2 or more schools with F or D ratings.
He’s not a sunshine conservative when its election time. He’s dealt with lefty government /labor back scratching arrangements his whole political life and he’s not about to compromise with the commies any time soon.
It took me awhile to get used to Levin. He can be an acquired taste with all the yelling and all. But I can’t imagine getting through a weekday evening without him. Sharp. As. They. Come. Now when he rants, it’s sometimes giggle inducing. “Yeah, that’s right; I said it!”
I was losing hope in Rush, but when he recently came out with his revelation of how Obama is not perceived as governing, only fighting imaginary forces aligned against him, I remembered why I bought a subscription.
If Levin is not on in your area, check out I Heart Radio or stream him on the intertubes from 6:07 p.m. – 9 p.m. at http://www.marklevinshow.com. You don’t know what you’re missing. He’s hardcore.

Levin is the best ‘on air’ guy out there right now.
I still really like Rush, but he deliberately avoids getting too ‘edgy’.
Not that I blame him…he’s become the other side’s official target as the personification of the ‘conservative’ position.
And sometimes I actually find him rather naïve.

I love Rush but lately I just have to have the passion that Levin pours out every day plus, man he knows his legal footing.

I love listening to Michael Berry as well – and today it’s Friday. I’ll be driving home listening to him pop a top and exhorting all of us drink a cold one on the way home! Just listening to him is like drinking an icy brew after a long week!
My favorite comment from Mark Levin was when the Grutter v. Bollinger (539 US 306) decision was made by the Supreme Court. That’s where Justice O’Connor’s opinion ruled that affirmative action was constitutional.
Mr. Levin, in his perfect conservative wisdom, pointed out that the Grutter opinion conflicted with the court’s opinion in the Brown v. Board of Education decision. Brown overturned Plessy v. Ferguson, which we all know better as “separate but equal.” Basically, what Mr. Levin pointed out was, that the Brown decision says you can’t use race for school admissions but the Grutter decision say you may use race for school admissions. They are completely incompatible with each other. Levin argued, correctly, that the Grutter decision overturned the Brown decision and we are now back to the Plessy doctrine of “separate but equal.”
As proof, think of this scenario. A school district is made up of 80% Latino families and the district board is a majority of Latinos. The district starts to limit the number of non-Latino students to the district’s best school. Pretty soon, the school is 100% Latino. When questioned, they use the Grutter decision that says you MAY use race as A determining factor in school admissions. They use other factors and they can prove it. This would be completely within the meaning of the Grutter decision. Which would negate the Brown decision and we’d be back to the Plessy doctrine. At which point we’d have Black schools, White schools, Asian schools, etc.
Levin got it right. Then, the next year (2004) when Jesse, and all of the other race baiters in the NAACP were marching to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Brown decision, Levin laughed and said they don’t even know that Brown was overturned by a decision they fought for.

When I first started listening to Rush (1992), he often referred to “the best legal mind out there,” as F.Lea Levin. This was a satirical reference to the celeb attorney, F. Lee Bailey. Rush ran the “f” and the “lea” together so that it came out Flea Levin. As the years went by, he abandoned that and instead introduced his friend, Mark Levin. Rush seldom has guests, but Levin called in a lot during the Clinton Lewinski debacle.
