    If you look at the sign again you can see that exspelled was tacked on afterwards.

    So after the first go at making the sign it read:

    I HAVE BEEN 4 SMOKIN’ WEED!

    Who says pot affects your memory and ability to learn?

    In his case GED would be spelled DUMBSHIT. I’m surprised that he or someone else spelled weed right. And they say that smoking dope doesn’t make you stupid, this kid should be the poster boy for stupid.

    Does the # 4 indicate he was was expelled for smoking weed or he was caught with 4 joints in his mouth. Was someone having a party with him making him smoke 4 joints at once with a garbage can over his head and whacking him upside the head to get his attention. If I remember right from boot camp this was how they punished knuckleheads who got caught smoking cigarettes when they were’nt supposed to, it was called a shitcan party and was very effective.
