Yep, that’s certainly a word that tends to attract these things called “witnesses.”

At least this guy has lost his job. I wonder if the guy who called others “coon,” while assaulting a female reporter, is still asking America to check what’s in their wallets?

Why is this guy reporting the incident from a highway in N Idaho when the flight took place from Minniapple to Atlanta?

My defense – Line up the shrinks cause this guy is a crazy cracker. At 82 yrs. young one might be able to find some Alzheimer’s at work here.

I think the guy owns an aircraft parts business in Idaho.

If I were his lawyer I would find a different line of work.

The pilot failed to de-pressurize the cabin suffuciently upon descent, causing excruciating pain and trauma to the defendant’s brain, which in turn caused his early-on dementia to accelerate to full blown Alzheimer’s. At which time defendant heard the screams of Banshees and feared for his life, thinking that he was being attacked by African Pygmies, and acted in self defense.

    It was the pilot’s fault.

The MSM is salivating over this but as MNHawk alluded to above–where is the story about Alec Baldwin calling a ex-cop a coon and various other wonderful words.

IF this story is true, it is bad, but this child is not traumatized for life. How about the elementary school where the cross eyed mom stripped (waist up) during assembly and they brought in a CRISIS TEAM!! We are all victims aren’t we?

Your honor, if it please the court, my client advocates tirelessly for Michelle Obama, the most beautiful woman who ever lived.

I’m just a cave man. I fell in some ice and your scientists thawed me. Your world frightens and confuses me. I don’t know how the voices got in my new iPhone 5 with Siri. But, there is one thing I DO know….

May it please the court to know that my client is a black man. Yes I know he looks white but he is a black man. He also volunteers at the Boise Planned Parenthood. This child escaped the abortion facility nine months ago. His job was to find and destroy the child. But he couldn’t kill. A slap and a slur is all he could muster.

Your Honor, who are we to judge? My client, an elderly man raised during a different time in our society, was merely expressing a form of affection to the crying lad — to quiet the child by reassuring him that there were other things that could hurt much more than simple ear pressure. My client, with all loving intent, was motivated by a deeply sincere, though outmoded, desire to deliver an object lesson to the child. His only thought was that it was for the child’s own good and for the good of the community that this precious boy understand that the entire community understood his pain and suffering. He felt he was acting heroically in stepping forward to act on behalf of this flight’s community in their collective wish to further this child’s learning.

We must not judge this man on the face of the mother’s accusations. He was selflessly acting on the best interests of both she and her son. Rather than vilify him, he should be lauded for his concern for this child and for all the children.

I ask for leniency in his case your Honor. His intentions are what were uppermost in his heart and his actions have been entirely misunderstood.

His defense is easy….it’s called the first amendment. He can say pretty much what he wants and if it has any basis in truth he has a legitimate defense. Was the baby black?…..then
the baby is a nigger. It’s a word that they use in
referring to each other routinely so thus it is a
legitimate word that can be used by ANYONE. This man may have been rude, insensitive and intolerant….but none of those traits are illegal.

This is just more PC bullshit.
