S.E. Cupp Goes Full McCaintard

Home - by - February 14, 2013 - 23:13 America/New_York - 36 Comments

S..E. Cupp denounces Rush Limbaugh and stands with the moderates.

“We can’t be afraid to call out Rush Limbaugh, If we can get three Republicans on three different networks saying, ‘What Rush Limbaugh said is crazy and stupid and dangerous,’ maybe that’ll give other Republicans cover to denounce the talk-show host as well.” – S.E. Cupp

When you lay with MSNBC dogs, the runts of our litter are gonna contract kennel cough.

as for me… I am an American. I stopped giving a crap about dem/rep bullshit a long time ago. They want us to argue, to be divided, to drive a wedge between us so they can “divide and conquer” the America that stands in the way of their common goal… ABSOLUTE POWER. The more we play into this tactic, the easier it becomes to conquer us as a people and pitting us against one another until there is total civil unrest is just the beginning. After they accomplish that, they will declare martial law and we will rebel, they will mobilize the military against the citizens to quell the unrest that they created and when they accomplish that, they will will abandon the constitutional republic and impose the type of government they wish. We will be slaves to whatever despot they put in place and one of the greatest, wealthiest, most benevolent nations ever will be a small footnote in history.
    I hope I’m wrong but I don’t think so.

I have a few friends and relatives who are describe themselves as progressive it’s impossible to be around them (constant contact, not a party where you talk to 10 different people per hour) for more that an hour without core belief issues arising somehow. For devout liberal progressives that I know, the 0bamamessiah and the modern Democrat party have taken most of the space where God and religion usually reside, at least for the ones who are politically active. A “low-info voter” or someone who isn’t involved in politics who calls themselves Progressive or liberal may not be at that point yet.

I don’t believe you can surround yourself with leftists like that without taking on some of those beliefs / attributes yourself. This is just another example. It’s why good parents get concerned when their kids hang around with “the wrong people”, the bad behavior rubs off, you can’t help it it’s just the way people are.

Too bad, she seems like an intelligent person. Then again there are plenty of intelligent Communists from former USSR countries.

Yeah it’s rush’s fault that republicans are a bunch of pussies who always compromise and make people not want to vote for them. Btw, what did Rush say that was so controversial?

I love Rush. He’s like…my other dad. He was the only one out there for us for so many years, saying the things you already knew were true that no one else was saying. Now there are many more talkers, but he’ll always be the first and best. Always consistent. He never pussies out.

You can’t fully “get” Rush until you’ve been listening for awhile. His show is full of inside jokes, old references, well-disguised satire, dry humor, and other nuanced layers that you will completely miss if you’re not a regular. Because satire doesn’t translate into written text is why he is so misunderstood when quoted by the media. The “slut” incident was one such example. It was a long joke about how $3000 a year for birth control would have paid for enough condoms to have sex 10 times a day, so if Sandra Fluke needed 10 condoms a day, she must be a slut. It was funny. But all we heard later was “Sandra Fluke is a slut.”

What is happening to S.E. Cupp is what happens when you sleep with the enemy without a backup team. Let this be a lesson for us all.

S.E. Cupp is not nearly as smart as she likes to think she is. Going to MSNBC is proving to be her downfall. Apparently her political convictions have no real anchor – so she’s easily swayed by the libs around her. And, I’m sure she’s trying to fit in so as to be invited to all their “hip” parties. Pfft, she’s a lightweight.

S.E. Cupp? She’s one of the ones occasionally on RedEye who gets the side seat because she has nice legs (she’s a dancer), right?.

I agree with Rush, as HE likes to say, 98.6% of the time. But if what I’m hearing is true, she’s turning into a David Brock or a Little Green Football. As someone already pointed out– lie with dogs, wake with fleas.

And FYI, I liked “Who Let The Dogs Out?” I also liked Harry Belafonte fifty years ago when he was entertaining (“Come, mistah tally-mon, tally me banonna.”)

“celebritiy” status seems to have such a profound effect on most people.

this is why you don’t want a strong federal government.

it becomes what we have today, an overbloated “nobility” with no grounding in religion and with no reservation about screwing the public over.

    “publlic servant” my a$$

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Thursday that she opposes a cut in congressional pay because it would diminish the dignity of lawmakers’ jobs.
“I don’t think we should do it; I think we should respect the work we do,” Pelosi told reporters in the Capitol. “I think it’s necessary for us to have the dignity of the job that we have rewarded.”

Can you even understand what this idiot has just said? she is just blathering on. pathetic!

Cupp is a mix between a Rovian and a Paulbot republican, She is an no good. I say she is a plant like Meghan McCain and The Southern Avenger Jack Hunter. Cupp goal is to divide the conservative base and destroy the brand. Make it into a libertarian-progressive party.

What is dangerous is her Fiance has a group trying to imitate Rove’s groups and infiltrate primaries with democrats Obama loving people.

Be on the look out for other fakes as they have infiltrated out movements.

MSNBC–home of that bastion of conservatism Joe Scarborough. Cupp is becoming his female counterpart. If the Rove candidates win an election, what exactly have we won? I for one am sick of the attitude that for there to be Republican cohesion it is the conservatives who have to do the compromising. Why don’t the so-called “moderates” ever have to come over to the conservative side? Sorry S.E., attempts to diminish Rush, Levin, etc. is not going to make you more relevant.

She went to NBC because she wasn’t sharp enough for Fox. Doesn’t mean she is dumb, simply that Fox has the pick of the litter when it comes to conservative commentators and she didn’t cut it. She did her round on RedEye but soon reached a wall. She stepped to NBC as one of the pet conservatives and moderated her already moderate political viewpoint to fit in. Fact is, she’s making more money and has a greater audience but like Megan McCain she’ll end up as a punchline to a bad joke.
