I was trying to explain to Big Fur Hat about a free forum software I have for my site & someone accused me of being a bot. Before I could answer, I was blocked out. I’m still signed in, but can’t see anything.

This group came together from a Marlboro “Outwit The West” contest & we didn’t want to get separated. They chose the site name, not me.

If you take a look & if you decide to stay, there is a “Getting Started” board to help in getting your “Profile” put together. I have many Avitars to choose from, or you can link one from a webpage, or upload a personal pic if you want.

I have a number of “Boards” there & can easily add other ones as needed.

Most everyone there is Conservative & the few Liberal ones are pretty level – headed. We all get along as a family & help each other when we can.

Well it looks like I’ll be left out in the cold.

I will never do facebook, twitter or any other social media site.

Call me paranoid, but it seems there is not a day that goes by that a privacy issue is not on the news about these places. I already give up way too much info just being online.

I will however hijack Unruly Refugee’s idea (there’s no shame in my game) and extend an invitation to all the single conservative ladies to give me a call if they are interested in chattin’ with a somewhat well-adjusted, semi-retired 47 yo male with absolutely no debt, no baggage, doesn’t smoke and only drinks when he’s at a bluegrass festival or playin’ music.

@ unruly… I was at Turkey Track in Waldron last year. About seven years ago I was at one in the Ozark Forest seems to me not too far from Ft Smith…. one of the best I was ever to. Plus, they were nice to this Yankee.

@yourfavoriteunkle, they don’t care where you’re from if you can pick . There was an old guy in his 90s down the road from me who never missed a blue grass get-together in Arkansas for many decades. He could play a fiddle too. I miss the old guy.
