Confessions of Victoria Jackson’s Lover
Today’s special guest is none other than, drumroll please, my husband of 20 years, Paul the cop! Paul is not comfortable being on camera, but he did me a favor and came on the show. I knew he would be funny and deep. As you can see, we don’t have much in common, except religion and politics, which are the two most important things in a marriage, probably…and, the “overlap.” I hope you enjoy this glimpse into the ever-challenging institution of marriage, the way God intended it – a man, a woman, friendship, intimacy and forgiveness.

SNIP: I love that they make each other laugh like that.

I agree that the country has a spiritual problem, but it goes beyond religion and God. The American people don’t seem to have any direction anymore, or singular purpose that makes a country thrive in every way.
It’s a dark road were going down. I have hope that people will find a way to preserve certain freedoms, but at the same time, my heart aches for the world my son is going to know. I wish he had a chance to know mine, in spite of the problems we had then.

They are so cute. And I agree about the spiritual problem. In rejecting God, we reject his moral code, direction and truth.

Wow. Her husband is a Christian of strength — good example of a Christian.
So who ever won the book?

Lucky guy!
And I agree completely.

What a great couple.
They complement each other so well.
The bit about the condensation on the counter versus the dog poop on the floor explains the essence of their relationship.
That and the ‘overlap’.

With Soetero in the White House, it’s pretty hard to argue that America has turned away from God.

I really liked seeing that. It’s good to see two people who have consonance.

This is hitting too close to home with the kitchen story. My husband is a very decent cook, but he is sooooo messy. The problem is that he loves to cook from scratch, and he sees nothing wrong with splattering sauce everywhere, potato peels in piles that tumble all over the place, puddles of oil or butter on every counter, empty cans or food wrappers in the SINK. HE does not clean up any of it.
Sigh. Nearly every day he does this. It literally me takes between two to three hours to clean up (OK, because I have zero enthusiasm for the chore) and he cheerfully does it again the next day. It wouldn’t seem so tough except that he and I have opposite tastes. Well, not really – he likes everything I cook, I don’t care for most of the things he cooks. Except for the homemade from scratch pizza.
That’s where we overlap.

I’ll never forget when Victoria and Janine Turner were on O’Reilly’s show back in 2008 before the election when Victoria called Obama a COMMUNIST! Bill didn’t know if he should shit or wind his watch. The look on his face was priceless.
She had obama’s number back then.
