    The “serve and protect” motto is a marketing tactic. Cops aren’t waiters and they cannot protect citizens from a crime that has not been committed. The truth is law enforcement is just that, enforcing the law. The motto probably should state, “In service to protect the law”.

    the “news” anchor threw it all at the guest, but the guest just kept his cool and dismantled the tactics as well as the logic of the ass!

    best line – “the door of the cop car says to serve and protect”.

    the problem is the useful idiots actually believe it.

    but their overlords (politicians) don’t, they all have concealed carry permits.
