The way I understand this POS, is he was fired because he falseley testified against another officer on a police brutality complaint which HE initiated. He was on a mission. I knew one or two guys like that in New York. LAPD fired him. Good for them. Now he’s on another mission. I hope he is taken out by an LAPD sniper. I don’t want to see this scumbag in Court.

The SoCal police departments and Sheriffs are facing one of their own wacked members. They are scared shitless and making really amateur mistakes. SoCal Law enforcement are notorious for the argument of keeping guns out of the public’s hand that they don’t understand “Field of Fire, Field of Vision”. Meanwhile today they have shot up two trucks that looked like the perps truck. Put two white women in the hospital, and still have not caught this guy. Is this the same bunch that’s going to disarm SoCal gun owners? They suck.

Dorner’s truck was supposedly a gray Nissan Titan. The ladies who were shot were driving a blue Toyota Tacoma, and the other truck shot at looks like a Honda Ridgeline. Honda Ridgelines are pretty distinctive trucks, and it is pretty easy to distinguish these from other types of trucks. Pictures of the Tacoma show dozens of bullet holes from the back.
I understand Dorner is armed and dangerous, but would not prudent police procedure dictate a more positive identification of the vehicle (they apparently knew Dorner’s license plates) and perhaps calling for backup before turning streets in Torrance into the O.K. Corral? This seems like a pretty severe overreaction, even under these circumstances.

LAPD has been busting heads since day one. I think the mob even controlled them in the 20s or 30s.
I knew a guy who’s cousin was the one responsible for the LAPD long running joke entitled, “watch your head” which they still use when they place someone in a patrol car. But it wasn’t a car door frame that fractured this guy’s skull and caused a brain hemorrhage that killed him.

So a crazed gunman is loose in a neighborhood?
I think the good thing that comes out of this is people in Big Bear who have guns in the house feel pretty safe.
Those without guns are now relying on the police to protect them and maybe rethinking about getting a gun for protection.
Of course that won’t be the media narrative.
