    It’s not just about weapons. Get in the gym. Hit a heavy bag. Learn your enemy. They are EXPLOSIVE. If you can’t keep up with the acceleration of violence, you lose. Don’t get yourself in a bad situation. Pay attention. It’s survival people. Train. You are never to old.

    Unruly Refugee. That was an unfair statement. I guess the point I’m trying to drive home is everyone’s concentrating on weapons, which you need to do. But, we collectively need to train, prepare for what’s potentially coming. Not going to happen on the Barcelounger.

    Bad Brad, I see what you mean. And I’m guilty of that too, hibernating through winter. Just got some new surveying boots and now all I need is for people to start buying land again so I can get out and start mapping the earth again.

    good ole charlie had it right back in the 70′s and 80′s and that is why these movies are still popular today.

    Brad & refugee are both right, you should try to round out your skills as much as possible and be flexible, muti-talented, and think of defense-in-depth if you want to survive the upcoming wars between the haves & have-nots.

    Once the EBT cards don’t work anymore you will have riots in the streets all across amerikka within 2 days because the lowest of the lowlifes live day-to-day.

    I am glad that I live in an area of the country with a very small minority population. My daughter and future son in law who live in Virginia Beach I worry more about. If I could I would try to convince them to move out here to Eastern Wash. and N. Idaho and get away from the East coast, just because.
