    It has to have been put together by some low level bureaucrat.
    “Blood transfusions” is not a “Medical Problem”.
    Neither is “Jaundice”, which is a symptom.

    I am holding in my hand the notice from my insurance company telling me I can get matching tits in the event of a mastectomy. They are required by law to send me this notice every year. Obamacare made gender discrimination illegal, so dudes are now covered under the “Women’s Health And Cancer Rights Act Of 1998″.
