Mark Levin explains Landmark lawsuit with EPA to get secret emails from Lisa Jackson aka Richard Windsor

The Right Scoop

Back in October of last year Landmark Legal, Mark Levin’s law group, sued the EPA for failing to cooperate with a FOIA request for senior officials emails, especially that of Lisa Jackson and her secret email account with the alias Richard Windsor. After dragging their feet through this lawsuit, the EPA has finally said in the few hours that they would only cooperate and provide what Landmark has a right to and nothing more. In other words, no secret emails.

But Levin says that’s not going to work and Landmark will get these emails. He explains this isn’t the first time they’ve been around this block. But even more than that, he says the EPA should not be hiding anything from the American people.

Among the civilian population we have our warriors, Mark Levin is a leader and a hero. Everything we can do to help the few spokesmen/women that we have needs to be done. We are in a war that we can not lose.

    Thumb up +3

We can lose it, all right — if we don’t fight.

First fight: fire the incompetent idiots running the GOP — and that incompetent idiot John Boehner as GOP Speaker. If we don’t, the democrats will likely take the House in 2014.

    Thumb up +2
