Woman says she wants to kill herself at Denny’s
FORT WALTON BEACH – A woman was arrested after she apparently attacked an emergency medical technician and an Okaloosa County Sheriff’s deputy during a confrontation at a restaurant, according to an arrest report.
On Jan. 15 the deputy was called to Denny’s on Eglin Parkway in Fort Walton Beach about the woman, Mary Blanca Webster, 62, of Fort Walton Beach, who said she’d been drinking and wanted to kill herself.
She lost consciousness and required medical attention, so EMTs were called.
While they treated her, Webster became combative and struck one of the EMTs in the knee. She also tried to kick the deputy in the face, the report indicated.
She was charged with assault on an officer or firefighter, and battery on an officer or firefighter. Her court date is March 12.

While I’m not siding with this old hag. She had been drinking and lost consciousness, so she was not in a “normal” state of mind.
Therefore the cops charge her with assault and battery?
I think public intoxication would be enough. Pussy assed cops!

Boobie, Interesting but it is an all too common charge cops levy and have far to much leniency in doing so.
Long story short, I was once attacked by an off duty cop, I defended myself and was arrested for assault/battery of an off duty cop.
Next, I’ve seen the vid clips of cops in action. They’ll be chasing someone in a car and deploy spike strips. Once they blow the tires on the perp’s car and he no longer has adequate control, they always find a way jump in front of the car so they can charge him with assault.

I knew a girl back in high school who tried a few times to kill herself by attempting to overdose on pot, just by smoking an awful lot of weed. Felt sorry for her, being that stupid and all. But she was real popular with the guys after word got around, and she evidently changed her mind about suicide.
The broad in this story though, should look up a dr. kavorkian. (sp?)
