    Go to the 2:33 mark and watch again. Did John Kerry really say about the constitution and the right of congress to declare war – “Look, you can be absolutist and apply it to every circumstance. The problem is just doesn’t work in some instances.”

    WTF is the War Powers act then? And how long is the President allowed to conduct hostilities without Senate approval.

    The caviler treatment of the foundation of our government and protection from government is scary.

    The nomination of John Effin’ Kerry is just another example of Obummer sticking it to us. Plenty of more qualified democrats, but Kerry and Hillary are two of the most devisive politicians of our time, THAT is why he selected them for sec of state.
