Nordic Components

NOTICE: We are unable to process credit card transactions at this time. Intuit Merchant Services has told us that they will NOT process anymore transactions and may put a freeze our accounts because we sell firearms related products. I was told that they are backed by Chase Banks. DO NOT conduct business with these financial institutions if you care about the Constitution of the United States, the Second Amendment or your RIGHTS as a firearms owner. We, as firearms owners, are under attack. I wonder how many of these anti-gun banks received Bail-out money from the current administration?

We are working on getting set up with a firearm friendly processor and hope to be back on line to serve you quickly. Thank You for understanding.

“Chase Freedom”? more accurate would be “ObeyourMasterCard”…or “UnAmerican Express”.

Gun owners were more concerned with Walmart during Joey Biteme’s meeting with businesses on gun control and perhaps missed that the banks (now owing their existence to Washington) may be the vehicles for gun control in the end.

    Scary.

And therein lies why it was so important to create the banking crisis of 2008. How better to gain control of the banks than to create a fictitious crisis (brought about by government social engineering to begin with)?

This was the purpose all along.

(Click on the “feedback” link at the bottom.)

Is it true that your company will not deal with a business that deals in firearms?

If that is the case then how do you pay the business that secures your office building with armed guards?

I just now, after writing this rant understood something and came back to the top to write it here…
THIS… This story, the implications of it, and the significance of it as only a small piece of the puzzle we’ve so willingly formed ourselves into…
THIS is what that Nutjob Alex Jones means by Prison Planet! I always thought of some futuristic world like 1984. Guess what? 1984 is here, and we begged for it and have gobbled it up like candy… When does that new iphone come out?

NO, WE as sovereign humans created in the image of God are under attack. The assault on “The 2nd” is just a diversionary tactic to take our eyes off the real onslaught being waged against us. Did Man not have a right to defend himself before the Constitution of a newly forming nation enshrined it into our “Laws”? Did humans not have the right or ability to trade their labors for the goods and services of other men before electronic banking, or even “banking”, or what about before the use of fiat currencies? Did Noah and his sons have to simply go without anything that they could not themselves produce?

    OF COURSE NOT!!!
WE have done this. We created this massive dependence on fiat currencies and financial institutions, because we have been consumed by STUFF! We have worshipped at the alter of materialism, fueled by a desire for more comfort and ease, that we could have more time to play. We have marched ourselves right into the camps.

If your going to sell anything to do with Firearms, you need to set up your Merchant Service account with small local banks. All of the large banks are doing this. Don’t try PayPal, it’s one of the questions on their little form.

I just spoke with the president’s office at Intuit’s corporate office. I directed them to Nordic’s website, and the person I spoke to was surprised by the statement there. She asked for some time to look into it and promised to call me back – which she DID! She talked to the (oh shoot I forgot to write it down but I think it was)marketing department for their transaction services. She confirmed that this is true. She said “the restrictions are due to the sponsoring bank.” She confirmed they said “bank” not “banks.” She was also told that it is not just firearms that there is a “huge list of types of transactions” they won’t process. She did not know what else was on the list.

I left a statement with her expressing my displeasure at any company bullying other companies. I told her that Intuit’s president could go on TV and say he believed nobody should have any weapons, and that was fine and dandy as long as they didn’t try to bully other companies.

I asked her where to tell you all to register your displeasure, she asked that you send your e-mails to the office of the president:

    oop_tucson@intuit.com

I also intend to call Chase today. I will let you know if I find any information to pass along.

    Boobie:
They are not stopping the purchase from going thru. They just never transfer the funds to the seller. They hold the money. How can that be legal is beyond me. Right now you can still use whatever card you have in your wallet to make those purchases. Of course they just raised the fees for credit card transactions on the consumer. Tell me the administration is not pulling the strings with the banks.

I sent the following to Brad Smith, the president of Intuit (makers of TurboTax).

    ******************

    Dear Mr. Brad Smith:

I read in the news today that Intuit Merchant Services will no longer process any more transactions and may even freeze the accounts of businesses that sell firearms-related products.

As a long standing customer of Intuit software, I find this more than distressing. This is downright unconscionable. The Supreme Court affirmed that the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms means that every citizen has a right to own a firearm. This means that businesses that sell firearms and their related products are doing nothing more than providing people with a means to claim and exercise their rights. Please review the following two Supreme Court cases.

District of Columbia v Heller (554 US 570)
McDonald v City of Chicago (561 US 3025)

The following is a quote from the McDonald decision.

The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them.

Do not misinterpret that quote. What the Supreme Court said was that if the government got so big as to result in tyranny, owning firearms is the only way the people can overthrow that tyranny and restore freedom, liberty, and opportunity.

As the president of a business Mr. Smith, you should be aware of what freedom, liberty, and opportunity do for you. Without customers, you have no business. Which means the very existence of your business is due to the freedom of capitalism, not the benefaction of socialist tyranny. Do not make the mistake of believing that your customers are loyal. We are only loyal only as long as we believe that you are working in our interests. I don’t know if I can continue to be an Intuit customer any longer. It is obvious that you are caving to the wishes of the current administration rather than protecting your customers. This type of attitude toward your customers will result in a loss of reputation. If you choose government money and intimidation over your business reputation, you will certainly lose both. And once your reputation is gone, you have nothing. If you need a refresher on the value of business reputation, review the chapter on reputation found in Dr. John Lott’s book, Freedomnomics.

I suggest you rethink your anti-American, pro socialist tyranny policy. There are many people that purchase your software, I among them. If this assault on our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms continues, I will no longer be one of your customers. And many more people will drop you as well.

You can “take that to the bank.”

    Signed…

Finally something we can control. If Chase decides to go along with this insanity I say time to put them out of business. Other card companies are not only willing to take switch over for your business but will many times give you a break on interest charges. If Amazon does deal through Chase (I didn’t check it out) then they will hurt to unless they change to a different card carrier. All these companies that go along with the very ideology that would never have allowed their thriving as they have need to learn there are consequences. Maybe they would like to move to Venezuela or Cuba if socialism is what they support. I got rid of all my credit cards and will not purchase from Amazon if this turns out to be the case.

I can tell you it hurts to live up to your threats. I love Wal-Mart and if you shop online they have $4.99 shipping charges on most everything. This is such a bargain compared to others…but I will not buy anything form them as long as they go along like they have by taking guns (or was it ammo) out of their stores. They’re always under attack from the left no matter what they do so I don’t get why they even considered going along with this.
