Rives Miller Grogan is a pain in the ass.
That’s not illegal. Until now.
Rives Miller Grogan has something to say. The way he says it keeps getting him in trouble at the U.S. Capitol.
Now, after the 47-year-old Californian allegedly climbed 40 feet up a tree near the Capitol reflecting pool and tried to shout down President Obama’s inaugural address on Monday, a judge has ordered him to stay away not only from Capitol building but from the District entirely.
Banished. From the entire city of Washington, D.C. For exercising his First Amendment rights.
Who wants to bet me that Mr. Grogan would be in the same boat if he’d been agitating for gay “marriage.” Or gun control?
I recall a high school history teacher describing a Soviet practice that declared dissidents “Minus 1″, meaning they couldn’t enter the city of Moscow. Or “Minus 10″, which banished them from the 10 largest cities in Stalin’s Workers’ Paradise. “Minus 50″ effectively gave you a one-way ticket to Siberia.
Obama’s Amerika has it’s first “Minus 1″ dissident.

Free Speech? Oh yeah, that is a Constitutional Right called the 1st Amendment, just like the 2nd Amendment is also a Constitutional Right!! (You can see how concerned the Judge is about Constitutional Rights, the judge’s attitude is probably “get a lawyer”.)

The judiciary is out of f*cking control! What the hell right does a judge have to issue a capitol/capital “restraining order”? Have there been some constitutional changes I happened to miss?
