A friend just informed me that they have a very low gun homicide rate though. So apparently it’s ok.

Rule Britannia, Britannia rule the waves!
Britons never, ever, ever shall be slaves.
Well, so much for that tripe. They out law guns and knives yet let muslimes ruin their country and impose Sharia law.
National suicide that should be a lesson for us but probably won’t be.

Yeah but they still have stabbings, maybe they need to pass more flatware laws and close these loopholes or impose background checks for flatware being sold at swapmeets and yardsales.

20 years ago when I married my wife, she insisted we use solid silver place settings every day. We have since day one. Is that weird or what? We got a huge set for a wedding gift and We used them because we didn’t have any other flatware.
No we are not rich.

super toe, On his second tour in a B-24 my dad flew out of England. Loved the English people, detested the British Military. Hated them. He died before the first election that Barry stole. I think it would have broken his heart.

Here’s another source for the “Black Museum” programs, as well as dozens of other great old radio shows…Nero Wolfe, Sherlock Holmes, Jack Benny, as well as radio broadcasts of old movies.
There are even old commercials…Lucky Strike cigarettes and loads more. It’s pretty cool.

I listen to a lot of the Old time radio programs on XM channel 82 daily. Great stuff. Gunsmoke with William Conrad as Matt Dillon, The Six Shooter with Jimmy Stewart, Tales Of The Texas Rangers with Joel McCrea, Have Gun Will Travel with John Dehner are among the many westerns they play on a regular basis. Also Dragnet, The Green Hornet, Broadway Is My Beat, The Saint with Vincent Price, Richard Diamond Private Detective and so many others. My personal favorites are Fibber Mcgee and Molly, Jack Benny, Dimension X and X Minus One as well as Yours Truly Johnny Dollar (especially the 5 part marathons) and I Was a Communist For The FBI with Dana Andrews. I can listen all day to old time radio rather than watch TV.
