    What’s the sentence for using a black gun? Black guns are more scary than pink or brown ones.

    Odd enough, selling HiCap magazines on ebay even though you can legally sell them is against the law because of California Law.

    WTF?

    Here’s some more Mr. Holmes should be charged with.

    1.) Illegal concealment and carry

    2.) Failure to pay gun tax

    3.) Failure to register a firearm in XYZ jurisdiction

    4.) Misuse of a firearm locking device or cable

    5.) Failure to report gun ownership on Health & Human Services form 3744 (note the inversion of form 4473) lol!
