    Jackass didn’t answer the question. In fact, as usual, he ducked, side stepped, mis-directed, spun on his head and blamed “certain groups in congress” for threatening to let the country default if they didn’t get 100% of what they wanted.

    No Mr. Resident, the question was why are YOU saying that YOU will not negotiate with congress, when no President before you has ever taken that tactic?

    Now answer the fuggin question the way it was asked!

    Oh, my God, forgive the rant, but not raising the debt ceiling will NOT CAUSE US TO DEFAULT!!! We do take in enough in tax revenue to maintain payments on our debt and pay out military pay and social security payments. We will not default if we do not raise the debt ceiling. That is a specious, disgustingly FALSE statement. What we will not be able to do is SPEND SPEND SPEND on Obamacare, Green Energy Boondoggles and other moronic spending that Obama wants to ram down our throats.

    I am so sick and tired of this pathological liar.

    @ Catch-22 – I liked the scene with Major de Coverley. Capt. Black had instituted the rule that you couldn’t eat until you signed a loyalty oath. Everybody did, because they wanted to eat. Then Major de Coverley returns from a town they just liberated in Italy and won’t put up with the crap. And Catch-22 all falls apart, for the loyalty oath anyhow. It doesn’t take much, just one or a few people who won’t put up with the crap.

    Major Major is a commander who doesn’t command. He
    hates dealing with people, and is somewhat frightened of
    them. He therefore instructs his receptionist/orderly that,
    whenever he is in his office, any visitors should be told he
    is out. When he leaves his office (sneaking out the back
    window), the receptionist can send visitors in to see him. In short, the only time you can see Major Major in his office is
    when he’s out. If he’s in, you can’t see him. It’s an example
    of Catch-22, although the catch is not explicitly mentioned
    in this connection.
    This is Obama. You just know it.
