Two years in the slammer if your dog bites a burglar
The United Kingdom seems to have a lot of concern for protecting the rights of burglars as they commit crimes against law abiding citizens. The case of Tony Martin, convicted of murder (later reduced to manslaughter after an international outcry) in 1999 for killing a burglar in his house with a shotgun was only the beginning. Now comes news from the UK Telegraph that the Wales parliament is vetting legislation that would send dog owners to jail for up to 2 years if their dog bites a burglar in the course of committing a crime.
[The] Control of Dogs (Wales) Bill contains the provision for owners to be jailed for that period if a dog injuries another pet or a person, and to be given an unlimited fine.
The current Animal Welfare Act provides for owners to be jailed for a maximum of six months and fined up to £20,000.
The draft legislation, out to consultation until March 1, provides no defence if a dog bites a burglar, or if the person bitten provokes the dog.
The Kennel Club believes the Welsh Government had “got this one wrong”.

The UK does not have a justice system anymore, or anything resembling a functioning police force. If you are a law abiding citizen unfortunate enough to be the victim of a crime, better roll up into a ball and hope you and your loved ones are left alive and intact. If you try to defend yourself or anyone else, there is a high probability you will be hauled off to jail, charged, prosecuted then sentenced to prison. The crminal who perpetrated the crime? Well, he gets to testify against you in court then he can go home. The folks in charge of upholding the law in the UK are now outright aiding and abetting criminals, make no mistake about that.

The UK is run by evill, passive aggressive sadists. There is no other way to describe this kind of insanity. If the people in the US allow the government to disarm them, we will be the UK on steroids in regards to insane lawmaking designed intentionally to reward evil and punish the innocent for merely defending themselves against evil.

This is the same fucking country (U.K) that gives sicko’s new identities once they leave prison because it is “their human right”. Remember years ago when a lil boy was killed by two other children along the tracks. Well the fuckers are out of prison with new identifies one living in the U.S.A the other is back in prison yet again demanding another new identity.
