Sheriff’s office finds live gator guarding pot stash
ABC SF

CASTRO VALLEY, Calif. (KGO) – Police conducting a probation check in Castro Valley Tuesday found a lot of marijuana and a live alligator guarding it all.
The Alameda County Sheriff’s Office was conducting the check at a home in the 19000 block of Mount Jasper Drive when they discovered 34 pounds of processed marijuana in a bedroom.
A 5-foot alligator was in a nearby tank, serving as a deterrent to any possible thieves.
Police say the alligator, named “Mr. Teeth,” was acquired by the suspect, 32-year-old Assif Mayar, in 1996 to commemorate the death of rapper Tupac Shakur.
Mayar was taken to Santa Rita Jail in Dublin. Mr. Teeth is now at the Oakland Zoo.

As an ex-patriot of Florida, I can tell you that they DO taste like chicken! They are, however, a little harder to wring their necks.

Oh, how cute a baby gator!
let’s eat it!
it makes me hungry just thinking about fixin’ some blackened gator tail.. only problem..female gator tail is much better tastin’. since, it’s not musky tastin’ like the male of the species is.
Gator goes good with collard greens, swamp cabbage, and corn bread.
