JOURNALISTS CONFUSE GLOCKS and 1911′s and OTHER MSM STUPIDITY
Gun Control has once again earned major time in the media. What the MSM calls a debate is actually pushing through their twisted agenda. They don’t bother to get both sides of the story, nor do the bother with facts. They do not understand guns and make no effort to learn. Here is a perfect example off the New York Times web site:
They call this a Glock .40. What the hell is a Glock .40? Can you believe that? If you are so stupid that you can’t tell the difference between a Glock and a 1911 should you really be reporting on guns? The liberal left of America accepts everything this group of journalist dumbasses sells them and it never occurs to them to question the truth. I got into a debate the other day with a guy that felt we should ban those bad AR-15′s because they are really ‘Assault Rifle Machine guns and they can shoot through way to much ammo in their clip’.
How is it possible to have that much ignorance wrapped up into one sentence? When I asked him where he got the idea the AR was an Assault Rifle he gave me a condescending look and said …. Uh … it’s in the name, AR – Assault Rifle. He never did apologize when I informed him that the AR stood for Armalite Rifle. He didn’t know the difference between an automatic and a semi-automatic gun either. He proudly informed me that he got his information off the news.

Just by the simple act of correcting a gun grabber, you give them all they need to paint you as a gun nut.
That shit ain’t right.
But the facts remain. The 2nd wasn’t established to accommodate only sporting and hunting. An AR15 is not an assault rifle and the last thing I as a multiple “big bad black gun” owner wants to do is shoot anybody.
Hammer these 3 points home and don’t go anywhere else, that just confuses the issue.

I notice that much reporting refers to the Bushmaster AR’s as “Military Style” assault weapons. But some how they omitted the “Secret Service style” Sig, and the “Police style” Glock. They’d probably hate my FAL for a couple reasons. For one, it’s a Main Battle Rifle, certainly not an assault weapon. Secondly, it’s got style out the ass. Heh.

And of course it will do nothing to reduce gun violence. If the state just loosened up the rules of evidence a little bit instead of giving defendants every break there is we’d have more of these idiots behind bars. There is a plethora of gun laws in NY already, just read Article 265 of the Penal Law. The NYPD reduced violent felonies by going after mooks that committed them, the gun laws stayed the same. And lets put the nutjobs back in mental institutions where they belong.

I got to thinking today about all the fury from anti and pro gun people,things are really heating up on both sides with talk of possible fight/killing taking place over this issue. I agree many people who don’t know anything about guns are just afraid of them and ignorantly trying to make an argument against them. I own and really enjoy several guns, long guns and hand guns I’m all for the freedom to own and know how to use them. but as I was pondering this issue I got to thinking about what we have seen happening the past few years in the middle east I.E. the civil unrest leading to open fighting and the overthrow of governments and establishment of new radical Islamic takeovers. I guess I’m wondering could the gun issue be used to throw America into a civil war and pit the government against it’s citizens?
would NATO help the liberal government to disarm those who refuse to surrender their guns? would this be a way for radical Islamist to overtake our nation? a war against Christians who believe in the right to bear arms? could the stage for this type of anarchy and civil chaos be being seeded all over Europe to bring down governments like France,England etc? we are seeing deliberate financial collapse everywhere could this also be a part of a grand scheme? who is hording the resources? where is the wealth going? is it going to the wealthy Arab nations who will help bring the world into subjection?

Brad- On the other hand, the XD appears to be a fine weapon. Though similar to the Glock, it is more ergonomical, priced right, and more than tough enough. Give one a try, you might surprise yourself!

P.S. It’s not a Gold Cup. Note the BHP cut at the front of the slide. (Or maybe those are cocking serrations) Anyway the trigger, hammer and grip safety are not Gold Cup pieces. I’d guess it’s one of those Philippine imports.

Rando. I’m staring at mine, identical except for the trade mark wrap around grips. The reason I was leaning toward Gold Cup was the Target sights and I think I see a Colt Logo right above the trigger on the slide. I know some one in Florida thats always trying to get me to buy a plastic gun. Not gonna do it. Why, because I’m stubborn. Might be genetics. LOL
