Bitterclinger sends this:

“Any man who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the Government take care of him; better take a  closer look at the American Indian.”

“Any man who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the Government take care of him; better take a closer look at the American Indian.”

That is so spot on. Why is it the same people who teach and completely believe how terrible the US is and teach all the bad things we’ve done in our history are the first one to want THE SAME GOVERNMENT to FIX everything.

It depends on what the real objective is.

I dare say that no drug addict is going to be any threat to the government. So from that standpoint, it’s working just fine.

Now if they could only disarm the law abiding citizens, who ARE a REAL threat. There’s the real objective.

They know that no criminal with a gun is going to be any threat to the government. I doubt seriously that you would ever see a criminal uprising against the government.

Those people are merely an inconvenience, and they tend to resolve their inconveniency themselves – either by getting killed or getting arrested and jailed.

Guys, you’re beating a dead horse with gun control.

Harry Reid, love him or hate him has already said he opposes gun control.
    Boehner opposes gun control.

Ergo, it ain’t gonna happen, especially when we control the House.

Injured veteran arrested in weapons investigation

Nathan H. Haddad, 32, of 25240 Waddingham Road, town of LeRay, is facing five felony counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was released without bail before town of Watertown Justice Andrew N. Capone, and is ordered to appear Wednesday in town of LeRay Court.

Deputies made the arrest shortly before 7:30 p.m. Sunday on Steinhilber Road in the town of LeRay, where he is accused of possessing five 30-round AR-15 magazines of ammunition. He is cited under a state penal law statute which prohibits possession of “a large capacity ammunition feeding device.”

The ammunition was found in his vehicle during a traffic stop, according to the sheriff’s office.

Mr. Haddad was deployed four times during his decade in the Army, the Times reported in a story featuring him in September 2009. At that time, he was a staff sergeant with the 3rd Battalion, 85th Infantry, Warrior in Transition Unit at Fort Drum, undergoing aquatic physical therapy for an injury he suffered in South Korea during special forces training. He was discharged from the Army in October 2010, according to Fort Drum.

“The gun plays a critical role in history. An invention which has been praised and denounced… Served hero and villain alike… An carries with it moral responsibility. To better understand the gun is to better understand history.”

So my 9 year old daughter needs to put together a report on an inventor and their greatest contribution to HISTORY.

My wife doesn’t think John Moses Browning and his HISTORICAL contributions to society would be appropriate. My daughter followed up with the fact she’s not supposed to talk about guns at school.

Stop the World, I wanna get off!

I’m going to do a full write up on this, but please take the time to study the “Battle of Athens”. It is the best example of why the Second Amendment is vital to our way of life.

The idea is to demonize the Constitution and to verbally crucify those who support the Constitution to pave the way for the imposition of some form of Obama socialistic totalitarianism.

The Americans are always playing “catch-up” in this fiasco.
