Progressives waking up to New Year’s economic hangover
I don’t normally prowl the threads of Democratic Underground, but was interested to read comments regarding one of their complaints about an increase in social security withholding tax after Rush Limbaugh remarked on it today.
Surprise! The author self-deleted the comment.
I guess being featured on Limbaugh’s program was more shame that NCTraveler could bear. However, she is not the only one shocked to discover that they are counted among the “1 percent”, the “wealthy”, and the “privileged” by Team Obama today.

This must be liberal math too. 4.2% went to 6.2% and they’re calling it a 2% increase. It’s not.
Actually, 2 percentage points added to 4.2 percent is a 47% increase.
And this tax collection avenue being so called social security, there is no legal way to reduce your burden. No loopholes, no deductions, no credits…. there’s no escape. It hits the working poor and lower middle class the hardest.

I’ve decided to take action to punish my libtard customers, and collect reparations for all economic damage that has been done, or will be done, to me by the people they vote for.
Rather than raising prices for all of my customers, I’m only raising them for the ones I know are libtards.
I’m an HVAC contractor, so it is easy to pull off, with no chance of getting caught at it.
I’ve already been doing it to a limited extent, but this year I’m going whole hog with it.
I see any evidence that the customer is a libtard, they pay more.
Our health insurance nearly triples this year, our taxes are up, and some refrigerant prices have quadrupled, and our regulatory compliance costs have increased, all directly as a result of libtard policies.
Why should my non libtard customers have to foot the bill for stuff they didn’t vote for?
