Help Request – White House 9-11-12 Photo During Benghazi 7 Hour Seige…. ?

The White House has refused repeated attempts by journalists to produce pictures of President Obama and his team in the White House Situation Room during the 9-11 Benghazi terrorist attacks [3:30pm to 11:00pm Eastern Time].
Personally, after researching the offical reports minute by minute, and comparing them to the media released statements, I believe the Situation Room was empty.
Today the White House released this picture taken on 9-11-12. It was included in a White House FLICKR Album “The Year In Pictures“. You Decide:

A couple of notes: It’s twilight outside, so this is close to sunset on September 11th. The vehicles are noted through the window and you can tell it is twilight. Sunset Was 7:22pm, with end of civil twilight at 7:49pm on Sept 11th 2012. The metadata embedd shows the picture was taken at 7:26pm.
So this picture was taken four hours after the fire-fight started, and they are NOT in the “situation room”. We know the video & audio feed from the Benghazi faux-State Dept. Consulate was live; So, simultaneous to this photograph it was 1:26am Benghazi Time. That is the exact time (01:30am) the rescue team of Navy SEAL’s Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty arrived back in the CIA annex with the body of Sean Smith.

We’ve sent the picture to an astronomy group who have massive capability to clean up pixel data – so we’ll be able to read soon.
However, it appears to be just notes from the convo with BiBi Netanyahu and unrelated to Benghazi.
What strikes as odd is the non-emergency nature of the events at the time. Clearly by 7:26 they knew what was up; if not…. well, that just speaks to an isolated Oval Office.
But for Obama and Biden (who was never reported to have been on the phone with Netanyahu) to be carrying on regular business 3 hours after the crisis started is really odd.
All of this is confirming the picture that many sites had drawn a conclusion toward. The administration felt this was not THAT big a deal at the time. A sentiment which remains today.

A military op to rescue him and the ensuing reportage would have been “inconvenient” in the midst of Zero’s reelection campaign.
They just hoped to ignore it so maybe it would go away.

@reeko, we’ve got that part cleared up. It is not a monitor, it is an opaque image of the windshield and side windows of the vehicles outside the office window(s) door at dusk.
The image was taken at exactly 7:26:18pm.
This part matters because of the conjunctions of it all.
We know this picture is immediately following the phone call with BiBi (Biden’s notes)
We know the phone call with BiBi took one hour. (so 6:30ish to 7:26pm)

We know from 6:30 to 7:26 the POTUS and VPOTUS were *indisposed* due to this call. All the while “others” were making the non-gutsy calls about Benghazi…
Now when you add what New Gingrich said:

It makes sense:
Donilon told people to “stand down” while POTUS and VPOTUS were on the phone with BiBi and unable to be interrupted.
At 7:26pm (DC) 1:30am (Benghazi) when this picture was taken – Woods and Doherty were screaming audio “where the fuck is the scepter”, they died moments later.
While McDonough was bringing POTUS up to speed, at that exact moment, Doherty and Woods were killed on the roof of the annex.
After that, it was all too late. They needed to whip up a good cover story.

Had Obama gave cross-border authority to Gen. Ham of AFRICOM (via Panetta), a gunship would have had plenty of time to fly from Sigonella to Benghazi in order to rescue Woods and Doherty, and to secure the highly valuable content of the CIA annex (where they were fighting at that time).

Again, Sundance is wrong, at least regarding Ty Woods. The fight at the CIA Annex began around midnite, and kept going for at least 3 hours.
So Woods did not die moments later this picture was taken; he daie at minimum an hour and half later.
Those guys still had the power to save him (and possibly Doherty).
Smith was already dead at the ‘main compound.’ Stevens also was dead.

@Mary, yes during the phone call POTUS and VPOTUS were uninterrupted….
It appears Panetta and Dempsey were in charge and McDonough and Donilon were Substitutes for Obama’s opinion on things.
VPOTUS holds the key to discovery. Think back to his VP Debate answer.
POTUS and VPOTUS are not supposed to be tied down together for this exact reason. It was a breach of protocol. But this POTUS and VPOTUS do this all the time.
Remember Biden even said he spends 8-12 hours a day, every day with Obama. Google it.

As soon as the attack on the main compound began (soon after the Turk left), Gen. Ham of Africom knew it, and Obama knew it.
We know Obama knew long before the phonce call with Israel because a Quick Reaction Froce immediatly flew from Tripoli to Benghazi (and thus Doherty joined Woods) and a drone was flown as well from Tripoli to Benghazi.
The same alert that triggered the QRF in Tripoli reached Obama; this is standard protocol.

A briefing from the U.S. State Department (and it has been confirmed by many sources) states that Woods and Doherty came back to the Annex from the main compound around midnite (Benghazi time):
