Cantankerous liberal columnist Donald Kaul retired earlier this year. But the Newtown school shooting brought out all his ugliness. He proposed a new liberal agenda: repeal the Second Amendment, declare the NRA a terrorist organization and make membership illegal, and well, make violent threats to Republican leaders and NRA members. The Des Moines Register published this junk.

I would tie Mitch McConnell and John Boehner, our esteemed Republican leaders, to the back of a Chevy pickup truck and drag them around a parking lot until they saw the light on gun control,” he wrote. Is that a threatening James Byrd reference? “And if that didn’t work, I’d adopt radical measures.” This was how he spelled out the other agenda items, which included killing NRA members who wouldn’t surrender their arms:

The “authorities” won’t make a peep about these threats because of who they’re against, SO the people and groups targeted by this jerk’s venom & poisonous bile need to sue his ass off….

You see? There’s no reason for any of us to feel threatened or unsafe. Our nation is full of stable, gentle people who never even have violent thoughts, much less fantasize about committing vile atrocities .

This guy needs to have a visit from a public health nurse accompanied by at least two police officers. He sounds very sick and dangerous to peaceful society. He needs to be professionally evaluated.

Wonna make Donny Kaul a gun enthusiast and NRA member for life? Lace a pair of retro Nike Air Jordan’s on his feet and cut him loose on the gun-controlled streets of Chicago.

The left never ceases to amaze us with the smug superiority of their intellect. Between the smug journalists like this ass and Piers Morgan, and some of the Professors in their Ivory Towers they are so much smarter than the unwashed masses.

Wonder how this EXTREMIST feels about those truly responsible for straw men, gun running, ‘Fast & Furious’, as well as the murder and mayhem attributable to that.

Donald Kaul seems to have Watch-List-Worthy-Violent-Fantasies.

Wowzers! Such anger and hate!! I’m feeling threatened.

Therefore, all current and retired journalists must be registered and kept under restrictive custody for their own good (and our safety).

Furthermore, no journalists should be allowed near schools, movie theaters, or shopping malls lest they act out their violent fantansies.

Columnist Donald Kaul lives at 841 Asa Gray Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105-2566. Since he’s a Gannett columnist I figure he approves of this kind of public disclosure. Send a letter to his home — better yet, bring your cold, dead hands over and give ol’ Don a hearty handshake for his contribution to civil discourse. Or call him up and say thanks! His phone number is (734) 994-0144. But please go easy on Kaul. He’s 78 years old and recovering from a heart attack in July 2012. Call or visit before 7:00 p.m. If you get his wife Suzanne on the phone, wish them well.

    OK. For free:

Donald William (sometimes uses ‘A’) Kaul

    Wife, Suzanne
Adult Children, Leslie, Chrissy, and Rachel

Retired and moved to the Bethesda area of Maryland. Sold their home in January ’08 for a cool 725K, before the housing market went tits-up.

With that, if one were willing to pay money, I’m pretty sure he could be ferreted out.

Sounds like he’s not paying his fair share and maybe the occupoopers should head there for shelter during the global warming winter, where he can embrace them with open arms, drink hot cocoa and tell stories around the fireplace on how they’d like to see conservatives and patriots die.

As many of you here know, I’m an lover of classic films. last night I watched “Red Salute”, starring Barbara Stanwyck and Robert Young. It was made in 1935; a serious but subtle depiction of communist infiltration on America’s college campuses by professional propagandists, thinly disguised as a comedy. So many of these “message” films were. All the same dogmatic rhetoric is there in the utopic lines of the smooth-talking egghead and his naive followers. I’m fascinated by the fact that the n narrative and the very language of communist/fascist/socialist has changed little if at all over the decades. And it’s not surprising that the low-information sheep who believe this fantasy are just as stupid as they’ve always been. The obvious appeal of the communist message targets people who, in their dark little hearts, are looking for a free ride on the backs of the objectified “rich”.
    It.

It’s a great little film you can enjoy with your kids.

I say, go for it Donald. Go try and tie them to a back of a truck.

Hate to burst your bubble, but Boehner and McConnel know how to shoot, and you can bet they are packing heat when they don’t have security around.

    So go for it.
