Amerika’s God of ‘Green‘ Energy
In a story by Sad Hill about bankrupt Tesla CEO, Elon Musk, buying a $17 million dollar mansion after receiving $465 million dollars in taxpayer funded bailout, Sad Hill had this picture:
I actually snorted while laughing so loud my cat jumped off my lap and ran into the bedroom to hide under the bed!
“Alfalfa and Omega”! That is hilarious! No, more than that; it’s sad hilarious. I can see Obama actually thinking “What’s wrong with that?” I’m pretty sure he doesn’t know the real saying. After all, it’s in the Bible.
Uh oh, am I going to burn for saying that?!

Elon Musk has been a tremendous success, with Paypal early on and with SpaceX, which is leading the way to private enterprise space launches and with which China has said it cannot compete on price. No question that he has done great things, and from what I hear from friends and Car & Driver the Tesla S is a phenomenal high-performance car. So why does he need to restructure Tesla debt, to ask for government handouts? If the Tesla is destined to be a success it should have plenty of private financing to make it happen. Not my money, stolen out of my paycheck.
