Rand Paul: People in Congress Should Not Be Sent Any More Money… “They’re Not to be Trusted”
Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) was on with Greta Van Susteren tonight to discuss the current fiscal crisis in Washington DC.
Paul told Greta,
“I would raise the debt ceiling on one condition and that would be a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution. Barring that, people in Congress, those who I’ve met up here they don’t deserve to manage any more money. They’re doing a bad job managing the money they have. We should not send them any more money.They’re not to be trusted with money.“

I agree with Paul not to trust them with any more money, but I disagree with a balanced budget Amendment to the Constitution they regularly violate and ignore.
After all the criminals in gov’t, academia, and the media have been hanged, we should discuss the budget.

A good check on statism, of the ‘check and balance’ kind, would be if we the people could legally refuse to pay taxes at all.
We are the government after all. I will support and defend to the death a government of freedom, for a government that is destroying our very lives and free society I don’t want to help with one penny.
