Good shootin kid, but shouldn’t the weapon he used be referred to as an “anti-assault” rifle?

If you live in Cali. your better off if the expire. Otherwise they will sue you. Also me and a buddy were talking with a police officer last week end about concealed carry holsters. He says, “Well the one you using now seems pretty good”. So we told him neither one of us was carrying. His reply was why not. We need as many guys like you as we can armed.

Notice, he didn’t grab the Glock, he didn’t grab the pump, he went for the best.

For Allah’s sake! That could have been Diane Feinstein or Harry Reid coming to save those gun clingers from themselves! Better confiscate the weapons, imprison the Father, re-educate the boy and hire an attorney for the criminals.

“This may be the last time for these suspects.” Bwahahahaha! Babe, you’d better think, ‘recidivism’. And with blacks, it’s ingrained.

Find something to charge the kid or father with -

Best story of the day! The one shot multiple times won’t be doing any breeding any time soon. The kid should get an award for protecting his self, his sister and the house. The dad should be given an award for teaching his kid how to use that gun.

I bet the burglars wish they had a map of registered gun owners so they could know which houses had unarmed occupants!

15 year old was able to shoot a home invader? He must be a Call of Duty player. The kids who play that game are all killers, I tell ya!

Did you know that AR-15 means Assault Rifle-15?
Yeah, I had no idea either.

Ya, tell that to Armalite.

And the 15 is projected casualties for a 30 round clip, er, magazine. That’s just good marketing, there.

Yes! why do we let the left name these weapons? From here on out I shall refer to an AR-15 as a “Defense Weapon”!
The kid used the gun for exactly what it was intended for….to DEFEND his life from an assault!
The 2nd Amendment protects our right, given by God, to DEFEND ourselves, and gaurantees that no man nor government can deny us that right!

Colt is Automatic Rifle.
The 15 is a long story, but the essence is it is not a 10, 1, 5 or 18.

I do own what is known as an AR-7.
Never thought of it as an “Assault Rifle” or less than half an AR-15, it’s just a cool gun!

AR is also an abbreviation for ArmaLite Inc the manufacturer of many rifles including the AR-10 & AR-15. Eugene Stoner was the lead firearms engineer behind the M-16, he was also the chief engineer at ArmaLite for many years IIRC.

One upside of the ‘outrage’ is that more stories like this will hit mainstream media, and the undecideds will have more information.

KF, AR is an ArmaLite designation, Colt uses it and so do progressives.
Here in Illinois we do have a varmint problem and it doesn’t all reside in Crook County.
Coyotes are everywhere.
The AR-15 is one of the finest coyote killers out there.

The AR series of Rifles were designed between 1955 and 1956 by Eugene Stoner who was an engineer for Fairchild Engine and Airplane Corporation.
Armalite was the brand from which they produced the AR 10′s and 15′s. Eugene had 2 others help with the design as well: Jim Sullivan, and Bob Fremont.
It all started with the AR-10 which was a to replace the M1 Garand.
To make a long story short, one business venture with Dutch arms manufacturer, Artillerie Inrichtingen who tried to make the rifle using metric measurements just didn’t work out. Armalite came back and redesigned it for 5.56 rounds (.223 rounds in Civilian ammo) they were unable to keep up with demand. So, they sold the design to Colt..along with the patent for Stoners gas impingement system (big mistake)..
in 1963 Armalite came up with the gas piston design which most people think is better, but in reality it isn’t, since the gas impingement actually keeps the rifle cleaner and has less moving parts. Armalite was unable to use the gas impingement system since Colt held the patent. Later they changed the barrel and ammo round size to 7.62 (.308) but then decided to go back to the 5.56 round in Vietnam so the troops could carry lighter ammo and more of it. It should also be noted that back in Vietnam, they only had 20 round magazines.

NOPE! No problems at all! I had a similar ‘event’ here at the house I spoke of here some time ago, he didn’t survive but we did and I have no issues with that at all! 3 from a 357. will do it every time!
