This is all because of the boss’s little pecker. He’s a creep and a sleaze.

While feminazis have been uber busy getting girls up to speed on where they can get free abortions and contraception, they’ve somehow forgotten the higher goals of feminism.

Not sure why the male speaker (her lawyer?) is referencing the ’70′s as an age of heightened descrimination (I think he means the ’50′s in referring to Mad Men). The ’70′s was a watershed era of women advancing in equal rights.

Love Robert Palmer and his “Irresistable” girls. The ’80′s — it was sure a lot of fun.

“She’s so fine, there’s no telling where the money went…”
    Robert Palmer

Yes – he is a creep and a sleeze. Regardless of the lawsuit it’s better that she isn’t working there any more.

Wifey says dump her or I divorce you and take everything. Man with two heads has his pecker pinched between a rock and a hard place.

A radio DJ named Bob Rivers did a parody of this song called “Totally Despicable” back in the 80′s, using the voice of Daffy Duck. It is appropriate for the dentist.

I can’t find a link that has the entire song.

What if the assistant was a man, and the dentist was a woman whose husband told her to fire the assistant? Non story.

Follow-up discussion question: Why has no politician ever run on men’s issues or promised to improve the lives of males?

The American- Taliban Judges have spoken!!!Every one of them a complete IDIOT!!!

It is the man’s fault NOT the woman’s.

The woman should have sued that sleazy a–hole when he told her about the “budge” in his pants!

The wife has a problem with her gross husband, not the woman!

Seems like we’re missing part of the story, here. The part that explains how this became a problem after ten years.

There is a lesson in this story for women, IMHO. We are not like you. If you don’t want us to think about your sex life (more than we already do), don’t tell us about it, as this woman apparently did. Unless we’re gay, we’re not your friends.

Harry: You realize of course that we could never be friends.
    Sally: Why not?
Harry: What I’m saying is — and this is not a come-on in any way, shape or form — is that men and women can’t be friends because the sex part always gets in the way.
Sally: That’s not true. I have a number of men friends and there is no sex involved.
    Harry: No you don’t.
    Sally: Yes I do.
    Harry: No you don’t.
    Sally: Yes I do.
Harry: You only think you do.
Sally: You say I’m having sex with these men without my knowledge?
Harry: No, what I’m saying is they all want to have sex with you.
    Sally: They do not.
    Harry: Do too.
    Sally: They do not.
    Harry: Do too.
    Sally: How do you know?
Harry: Because no man can be friends with a woman that he finds attractive. He always wants to have sex with her.
Sally: So you’re saying that a man can be friends with a woman he finds unattractive?
Harry: No, you pretty much want to nail ‘em too.
Sally: What if they don’t want to have sex with you?
Harry: Doesn’t matter because the sex thing is already out there so the friendship is ultimately doomed and that is the end of the story.
Sally: Well, I guess we’re not going to be friends then.
    Harry: Guess not.
Sally: That’s too bad. You were the only person that I knew in New York.

@Golly gee said it. A married man’s only female friend better be his wife. Hopefully she’s his best friend also.

Women are TOTALLY ignorant or in denial about male nature. We think about sex every 8 seconds or so….and want to nail virtually all women with few exceptions.

What distinguishes a man from a male – is not acting on nature, and being faithful to wife. Sometimes it can be enormously difficult.

You don’t need any reason to terminate someone under the law. That’s probably why her suit was rejected. I feel bad for this women because her old boss is a douche nozzle and a sorry excuse for a man. But, on the upside, I’m wagering a lot of people will now make a special point of never using him for dental services in Iowa.

We learn the dentist was texting flirty messages to his assistant, but what I want to know:
Was she texting flirty messages back to the dentist?

If the wife found these flirty text messages on his cell phone, she was looking because she probably was suspicious from other clues that something was up (no pun intended) with dear hubby and this employee? What reasons were those? Was there office gossip that got back to the wife?

I think we haven’t been told the whole story. Not sure if this employee is totally innocent in this case. I’m not really buying “the father figure” characterization. After working very closely together for 10 years, there would have been a very comfortable and intimate rapport between these two that could easily have had a strong sexual element to it. Who knows, maybe the wife tolerated that rapport until it was incorrectly taken to the next level – texting. Did the wife see any return texts from the employee sternly telling Mr. Dentist to knock it off?

    She shoulda stayed blonde.

Two people, married to others, got a little bored and zinged some flirtation, one got caught by the wife, the other cried wolf when her hubby found out. Never discuss, let alone complain about your sex life with a man you’re not married to. Ever. It will end badly every time, guaranteed.
