    Some of these put the songs in an entirely different perspective.
    It also confirms my belief that lyrics, other than their tonal relationship or context, are mostly meaningless.
    When in the right mood, these are listenable.

    DEVO gave (somewhat) this treatment to some of their own songs about 25 years ago.

    Just to make sure I understand…

    Anka is up there with his overdone plastic surgery, fake tan and spray-on hair, singing a Nirvana song (Cobain’s wishing he could kill him self again) and he thinks the freaking T-SHIRTS are making him look stupid?
    Got it.
