Here is an interesting series of pictures found on the Flickr account of a photographer named Jason Powell. He revisits the sites of Washington, DC area archival photos and overlays the original photos over the landscape to highlight how much or little things have changed.     I liked that so much I tried it myself! I took a photo of myself, then took an old pic from me in College, and held it up to the photo of myself. And now I am very depressed and need to go sit in the dark and eat chocolate.

    On second thought, you couldn’t possiblly do the same thing in Phoenix, seeing as how the first person with a camera didn’t show up until 1938.
