The great state of Texas can thank Tom Delay for gerrymandering a section of Houston to make it an all-black congressional district just for Queen Sheeba, SJ-L. Her district includes a section of Houston that many are probably in the 1%, but during his reign as Speaker of the House, Delay screwed the citizens of Houston by his actions. While we, the citizens of Houston and the great state of Texas, are totally embarassed by Queen Sheba, we do have plenty of fodder for the political talk-shows! Queen Sheeba will never be voted out of office because she gets her constituents – actually only her – in the news. They are too stupid to see that she is completely incompetent and it is only about her. It does not surprise those of us in Houston to see such stupidity coming out of this pie-hole.

This is all the more reason for an additional amendment requiring a very, very, very basic IQ test before you can even be put on the ballot instead of the required signatures.
