    Amen, twitter-er! The “well regulated militia” clause is often misunderstood. The meaning of the word “regulated” does not mean “choked by oppressive laws,” it means “whatever they have, we have” which, yes, does mean that civilians should have the ability to acquire tanks and nukes.

    Because “they” will eventually be whoever has force impervious to retaliation–even if that “they” was at one time “us.”

    As Charlton Heston once said, you can’t make imaginary exceptions to the Bill of Rights. Saying that the 2nd Amendment only protects certain kinds of guns is like saying the 1st Amendment only protects some religions or forms of speech but not others.

    Freedom-hating Brits like Piers Morgan are the very reason liberty-loving patriots laid down their lives to create the former United States of America in the first place.

    The presumed expert on the US Constitution, Piers Morgan, is having a bit of difficulty understanding the english language. He seems to be baffled with the phrase, “shall not be infringed” and can not comprehend the meaning of the word, NOT. Piers Morgan is just another pompous fool, who in his own mind believes he is better than everyone else.
