I am happy for the winners and I hope they can handle their new found fortune…but did you hear what Rush said today? He said: “Why is it that the big lottery winners look just like the people that have seen UFO’s?”
and to the winners…Move your money to the Cayman Islands or Obama will take it.
I can only hope he’s one of the 4% who didn’t support Obama.

I would do the same thing, “Looky here, are these the right numbers?!?!?” but I wouldn’t let go of the ticket – I’d be holding it very tightly!

I am sure I would have kept my mouth shut, slid out the door, stach the ticket in a safety deposit box at some bank, and called a lawyer and the lottery.
To let some one look at it, hold it, for anything over 100 bucks was just not smart.
Obama – you didn’t win that money – that is my money now.

Great. Show him and his car so some maniac can hijack him on his way home.
Completely irresponsible coverage.

Oh, and if I were black I would have pulled out my 9 and shouted, ” back off mother fucker, this one is mine”
Another winner that will most likely end up losing it all and then some.

I dunno if I could get by on a mere $200M or so…?
After obama and his regime get done monetizing the debt and turns our dollar into Zimbabwe dollars, what will it buy?

Oh come on. You blame store owners for what ?
Exactly the same your own web site is doing ?
If you want to go this way start with the ticket owner. Is this right behavior ?. Weaving $200 Ml under peoples noses?

I’ve been wealthy(earned my millions) and I’ve been poor and am again now. All I can say is a lot of money made me complacent even though I worked my ass off but I was doing something I Ioved and the money just kinda happened-it wasn’t my goal . I’m living in a shithole now and working to make some big dollars again but still doing what I love.
And I’ve never been happier.
This guy is going to see people coming out of the woodwork-sudden wealth ain’t all it’s cracked up to be. Grounded people generally don’t buy lotto tickets and if one were to win, it’s really not going to change their lives much.
I check my numbers against the CA lottery website. If it’s not the big (or A big) jackpot, I go to the store and run it through the scanner. If it ever turned out to be the big jackpot, I would not go to the store and scan it! I’d wait for confirmation from the lottery officials that the store I bought the ticket at is the winning store and that my numbers won. Then I’d drive to the first lottery office.
