Middle school teacher suspended after playing rap song in support of same-sex marriage for her eighth grade class
A Detroit-area performing arts teacher has been suspended without pay last week for playing a song about being gay during class.
According to middle school teacher Susan Johnson, the principal and assistant superintendent delivered the news to her after a student complained.
Johnson said she allowed the song Same Love by the Seattle-based underground rapper Macklemore to be played during her eighth-grade class at Centennial Middle School in South Lyon at the request of a student.
Afterwards, however, another student went to the principal and complained about the song. Johnson was later informed that she would be suspended for three days, and she wouldn’t be paid for two.
‘I don’t think that it was really even thought through,’ she told MyFox Detroit. ‘I was paralyzed. I really didn’t understand why I was being suspended.’

The saddest and, at the same time most frightening piece of this story is that she truly does not know why she was suspended. This is a case of a teacher who has been fully indoctrinated into the koolaid slurping team of progs that is educating the next generation. Bet that her suspension will be brought up in her class by her when she’s back as an illustration of the control of freedom of speech exerted by those nasty conservatives and their tattletales (and this is where she points out the student who complained).

I try and talk on the net like I would to most people that I don’t know, but in this case.
That is one sick bitch, she needs to have a parent take her out and beat the crap out of her. These are 13 year old kids she is spewing this garbage to.
2 days off, she needs to be fired, her pension negated, and never be allowed to step foot in a class room again. But sadly, because of the teachers union she be put back in the class and be the next “Teacher of the year”.
