Federal court issues injunction against HHS implementation of Obamacare contraception mandate
A federal appeals court issued an injunction on Wednesday that temporarily blocks President Barack Obama’s Department of Health and Human Services from implementing Obamacare’s contraception mandate.

The mandate requires employers to provide their employees with health care plans that include coverage for contraceptives, sterilization and abortion-inducing drugs.

BFH, did you hear Rush talking about the French guy who said that Parkinson’s Disease drugs turned him into a gay sex and gambling addict? The guy won damages in court! I mention this only because Kevin DuJan at Hillbuzz speculated awhile back that Brack was being treated for Parkinson’s disease, based on his appearance and behavior. Just something to think about.

That’s good; now keep up with the injunctions until it’s all thrown out.
@thirdtwin, the drug is Mirpax. It causes compulsive behavior but only behaviors you already have. If you’re gay, it’s more gay sex; if you’re straight, it’s more straight sex. And the gambling is also increased only if you already are into gambling.

@Claudia,
Agreed, unfortunately it’ll be overturned.

Like they care! The Obama regime is virtually above the law and just like with the Gulf drilling moratorium, they’ll ignore the court until a sympathetic judge overturns this ruling.

We have Medicare but purchase a costly supplemental insurance. We got our notices today. Both DH and my premiums will be 20% more next year.

They do think they are above the law. Heard on radio today the the DOJ went ahead and bought chitago prison despite Congress decline the purchase, so the lefties can house their prescious terriorists. Also did you guys hear about Gov’t wanting to get into your 401k now?
