Tom Price Bewildered By Obama’s Motives
Think about it. The Obama administration knows that the revenue they could raise by raiding the upper class’s income would be completely fruitless.
Obama is merely doing this for revenge, spite, class-warfare and to placate his equally bitter base.
It’s impossible for this action to have any positive ramifications for the economy. It could either do nothing or have a devastating impact.
Obama’s motive is evil.

If I did the math right (and I rounded the numbers) it would take 10+ years of Obama’s revenge tax to pay just one years deficit. It would take 160+ years to pay off the national debt (assuming ther were no more deficits) and 1,220 years to bring in enough to cover the unfunded US liabilities as of today. And to top that off, spending is set to increase every year…there are ZERO cuts on the table as we speak.
We need dramatic spending cuts and we need them now!

Here’s what confuses me: The tax code has many opportunities for deductions that keep many of them from paying very little tax now. So what if the rate is raised? Without overhauling the code, he still won’t collect any more than he is now.

Obama’s revenge tax has nothing to do with revenue. It is nothing but more division of the people and a step towards government take over of eberything. The worse the economy, the more people will look to government for answers (liberals that is).
Obama is out stumping that raising taxes on the middle class will hurt retailers, and he is right…but why then would raising taxes on people that make 200K not hurt retailers? He is likely to buy more and bigger tv’s. Why is it that a family buying a new tv helps, but the guy buying a new yacht and 5 tv’s for that yacht is not helping? Obama is simply playing politics for his benefit, and failure of private sector benefits him.

BTW, I got an e-mail from Obama today. In it he called the Bush Tax cuts for the middle class the “2001 and 2003 Middle class Tax Cuts”. He goes on to explain that he wants to keep 98% of the Bush Tax Cuts after running 2 campaigns on the evils of Bush era tax cuts.

I have always said that tax increases are never about revenue; they are always about revenge. Hell, Obrainless even RAN on revenge! So what does that tell you?
The Laffer curve has been proven to be true. But the socialists tell the knuckle-draggers that a 100% tax would mean 100% revenue and they believe it. They demand taxes on “the rich” (whoever that is) and demand “fair share” (whatever that is). The socialists KNOW that if taxes were 100%, no one would bother to work. So they know Laffer is correct. And that means there is only one reason to raise taxes — punishment.

Valerie Jarrett was saying in the media that they are NOW out for revenge…..so this is part of that. Anyone who did not support Obama in this past election is on their hit list to be destroyed the way they see fit…..so what does that tell you????
