Obama to Meet With New Group of CEOs

President Barack Obama will meet with a second batch of chief executives Wednesday as part of his efforts to mobilize external support for a package of changes to reduce the deficit, people familiar with the matter said.

It will be the second such meeting this month after Mr. Obama met with a dozen CEOs on Nov. 14, including Jeff Immelt of General Electric Co. and Indra Nooyi of PepsiCo Inc. The names of CEOs meeting with Mr. Obama on Wednesday couldn’t be immediately learned.

The meetings are part of a White House approach to deficit negotiations with Congress that differs from its strategy during the debt ceiling fight of 2011. Last year, the White House met primarily with lawmakers to try to craft a deal.

how about any CEO that voted for obuma be forced to pay ” his fair share ” in taxes? Everyone else gets a pass and pays only the rate they currently pay.

Zero’s either summoning them up to remind them that he can efficiently rub out their families, or he’s actually worried that there could be legions of ‘folks’ going Galt and the New F’ed-up World Disorder will be hung around his pencil neck. (I doubt the latter)

Why is it when CEOs and such meet at posh resorts, there are protesters all over the place, but when 0bama meets with them, the OccuScum are nowhere to be found?

By the way, I haven’t seen protesters at the Bohemian Club (on the Russian River) since 2008. I’m sure that has nothing to do with having a communist in the White House.

    Atlas, calling Atlas!

Many years ago our Board started appointing members, not based on stock held, or years in the industry like years before and started offering it to a few here and there to appease what they though the public wanted to see.

Now we have one single business man of the old world, and the rest are a batch of greenie, pinko, globalless SOB’s. They put a kiss ass in as CEO and now we’re having to get rid of old talented folks who made the company what it is in favor for fresh college jobless idiots. And the new CEO is a greenie, a globalless, touchy feely type.

I’ll bet behind closed doors they all supported Obysmal cause it was good business to get out of the health care biz and let the Prezzy do it for them.

And now it is payoff time.
