Anyone notice how the two most liberal states in the union, NY & Cali, have “D” ratings?

California has a “D”? I would have thought Z-, seeing as how they are hemorrhaging businesses and high net worth individuals.

I live in an “A” state and can’t find enough work, so I’m moving to a non-surveyed state.

The Super Majority of Democratic California legislators just viewed this and have promised to do what ever it takes to be number one. We who live in California have all the confidence in the world that they can and will achieve their goal.

@Buck Ofama your post inspired me to do a little number crunching. I’m going to paste the work below so folks can double check if they like.

The NYSlims reported that after the election 37 states have single party governments (one party in control of the legislature and the governorship); 24 are Republican and 13 Democrap (NY also falls in the Dem category but they weren’t sure at the time the article was published. I put it in the Dem catagory now that the results are in).

The slims didn’t say which states were which so I used Wikipedia to look at state legislatures and governors to identify who was who. After creating the list I then applied the ratings from this article to each state. I then converted the grades to the 4 point scale equivalent (A = 4, B = 3, C = 2, F = 0, see link for the scale) and averaged for each catagory (Dem or Repub).

The average score for Republican controlled states = 3.095 a solid B grade. The Democrap controlled states = 1.47 closer to a D+ than a C-.

Conclusion, Republican controlled states you pass with a decent grade. Democraps controlled states, that’s not a passing grade – you suck.

I thought Florida’s would be higher and Louisiana’s would be lower.
