Let Me Answer Sharpton’s Questions
Sharpton says that blacks are lagging behind as unemployment goes down, and he blames the republicans.
Here’s why you’re a bit wayward, Al-
Blacks are predominantly hired in the public sector, because the public sector accepts GED’s. This is why the public sector sucks. This is why government agencies stink.
As the a-wipes that are currently controlling the government layoff workers (because of irresponsible progressive fiscal policy), these public sector workers have to compete with college educated private sector workers who are also looking for work. Without the hand of government forcing corporations to hire GED recipients the ill-educated have no recourse.
Furthermore, the left’s plan to give away “free” college for everyone spells doom for blacks. At 13% of the population, blacks will be lost in a sea of “qualified” resumes. And when I say “qualified” I mean worthless. (When everyone has a college degree it becomes a participation trophy.)

Free college degrees may indeed be worthless but unequal hiring standards and racial quotas for the nationalized private sector will ensure blacks get preferential treatment.
You know, like they do now. Only more so.

It isn’t just college degrees that are becoming worthless.
The technical schools are churning out people looking for jobs in mechanical trades that can’t even pass basic mechanical aptitude tests we use to determine if someone may even worth our time to try to train.
I’m not talking about more advanced competency tests for the particular job, just very basic “how basic mechanical/electrical stuff works” kinds of tests.
Yet they come out of those “schools” thinking they will be starting off running service calls by themselves, with their own trucks, getting paid $20+/hr.
On a big HVAC/R job, I value the services of a random day laborer more than any tech school graduate I’ve dealt with in the last 10 years.

The AoC on the Senate side promoted all their negro plumbers to ‘Mechanic’ cause they were whining and then cried that they didn’t know how to do the jobs they whined for and sued the AoC (and won) for $25,000 each for being promoted to jobs they weren’t trained to do.

1/3 of black adult males are currently in some stage of the penal system. Backgrounds checks throw a red flag for one out of three black job applicants. This does not even include the # of blacks out of the penal system but with a criminal background.
Blacks also have a 72% illegitimacy rate. Children of unmarried mothers of any race are more likely to perform poorly in school, go to prison, use drugs, be poor as adults, and have their own children out of wedlock.
But the Sharptons of the world can’t extort money from whitey by admitting that their own insect culture of criminals and fuck-happy welfare queens is the cause of high black unemployment.

You can’t find a job if your not looking for a job. I’ve listen to them whine about the Mexicans taking there jobs, well you can’t take something you don’t have,never had,or ever wanted. As long as they can eat, sleep and live on the Government plantation there’s no reason to look for a job.

Why can’t the SOB’s be honest for a change. I got stores and factories and shops all around me who try to keep a balanced workforce of just about every race around. No lie. Almost everywhere I shop, it’s a United Nations work force. I see them coming out of the factories, and it’s a good mix. Hell, no matter what color, people want and need to work. The real problem is there aren’t enough jobs for everyone. When a new store opens in my metro area, thousands, and I mean THOUSANDS show up for about one to two hundred positions–blacks, whites, Hispanics, Asians, etc.
Obama has failed on the unemployment issue, and it takes burned out liars like Al here to vouch for the Party’s incompetence. Broken record.
